It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we Announce the passing on of Michael Musau Kitivo (alias ivia), which occurred on Saturday, 13/05/2023 at Kenyatta National Hospital after a long illness.

Son of the late Gideon Kitivo and the late Esther Nzakwa.

Father to Alex Nthiw’a Musau Kitivo of the Office of the Deputy President, Juliet Mutheu Kitivo and Faith Ndanu Kitivo both of Church World Service. Father-in-law to Janet Ndeto. Grandfather to Shiphrah, Iris, Khawi, Wynton Musyoka and Hatton Muuo.

Brother to Kanini, Mary, Christina, the late Joseph, the late Serah and Peter. Step-brother to Moris, the late Rev. Boniface, Mwethya, Monica, Solomon, Patrick,Aron, Kyalo, Muthama, Munyao, Isaac, Pauline, Agnes, Maria, the late Ngina and Mbesa.

Uncle to Sarah Mbole, Keli, Kyalo (USA), Mbula (USA), Hon. Rita Ndunge (Kam Rita) Machakos,Wandii, Hellena, Mumo, Mututu, Kilonzo, Mwanza, Kyama, the late Nathan, Kadhalika, Kioko, Maria, Patricia, Kalekye, Mwongeli, Mumo, Mutisya and Safari.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home at Mbusyani Village, Mbilani for Prayers and funeral arrangements.

Cortege leaves Montezuma Monaiisa Funeral Home – Machakos on Saturday, 27/05/2023. Thereafter, funeral and burial services will be held at his home in Mbusyan Village, Katanga Sub-location, Kola Location, Kalama Sub-county, Machakos County, from 10.00am.

“Michael, in Lord’s arms you rest in our hearts you remain forever.” Amen
