Tr. Anastasia Anangwe Mukoko

With humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the death of Tr. Anastasia Anangwe Mukoko of Gituamba Primary School — Ruai, that occurred on 22nd May 2023, at her home.

Daughter of the late Major (Rtd) Raphael Okana Mukoko and Mrs Elizabeth Afandi Mukoko.

Mother of Luiza Kanguha Anangwe ,(Asante FSG), Basil Mzee (PANACOL) and Yohannes Kileriwa.

Loving sister to the late Ashioya, the late Anafuoko, Nicholas, Catherine, Joe, Bartholomew, and Terry (Jamila) Mukoko. In-law to Wangechi and Shaffie Abdalla.

Niece to the Mukokos: Christopher, Benson, Fred, Wycliff (all deceased), Chebukwa, Sammy Obingo, John Kisungura, Rhoda, Hannah, Ruth, Andrew, Dr. Ukiru, Isaac, Angeline, Ebby, Makungu and many others in Butere and Maragoli. Cherished Aunty to Agnetta, Isaiah,Tom, Kevin, Flora, David, Carol, Dr.Akura, Rodgers, Kadenyi and Okana.

She was grandmother to Alisha Francisca, Brandon Ashuma, Kenzile Ashioya and Hellen Favour.

A Requiem Mass will be held on 1st of June 2023 at St.Veronica Catholic Church in Umoja 2 at 6.00pm.

Anastasia will be laid to rest on 3rd of June 2023 at their home in Butere.
