Son of Late Raichand Depar and Lilaben Dhanani & Jethiben Dhanani. Son-in-Law of Late Devshi Nathoo Malde and Late Diwaliben Devshi Malde. He was Husband of Kantaben Dhanani. He was Father of Jyotindra, Mayur. Bharat and Jayesh.

He was Father-in-law of Vina, Kirtida, Sunita and Urvashi. He was Grandfather of Paaras; Kathryn, Kunj, Avni: Pranay, Aysha, Sahil, Trishla, Khushal and Veer. He was Great Grandfather of Kai and Noah.

He was Brother of Late Maniben Keshavlal Bid, Late Manchhaben Dhanani. Late Mansukhlal Dhanani and Induben Chandrakant Dodhia.

He was Brother-in-Law of Late Keshavlal Bid, Hansaben Mansukhlal, Chandrakant Dodhia, Late Chottalal Malde, Late Chandramani Chottalal, Late Sushila Virchand Shah. Virchand Nathalal Shah, Late Chimanlal Malde, Late Jyotsnaben Chimanlal, Shashikant Malde, Niruben Shashikant.

Prayer meeting will be held on Thursday, 31st January 2019 at the Oshwal Centre. Ring Road, Parklands at 8:00pm.

Victor Wasonga, 27, city spray painter, dies in lorry accident 

1992 – 2019

The late Victor Wasonga  was born on 17 December 1992 and died on 9January 2019 after being knocked down by a reversing H Young company truck .

He was the son of Mzee Joseph Nyunja Odero and Mama Alice Atieno Nyunja.

He was husband of Mary Auma Imelda and father of Franklin Odeny and Joseph Nyunja and Sarah.

He was brother of Beatrice Omondi, Maven Atieno and the late Sarah Anyango.

The late Victor hailed from Wagusu in Sakwa, Bondo County, and was married with a child and worked as a spray painter. His body Will leave City Mortuary on 31st January 2019 and the cortege will proceed to his residence in Kibera Raila and later embark on his final journey to his parents home in Wagusu on 1st February 2019.

He will be laid to rest on Saturday 2nd February 2019

There will be a main fundraising on Tuesday 5th February at 680 hotel from 5:00pm.

Burial will be held on 8th February 2019 at his home in Omogonchoro village, Mosora sub-location, Bass Masige East Location.

Pauline Njeri Gichuki

It is with acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Pauline Njeri Gichuki on 26.01.2019 after a short illness. She was working with KIE Karatina branch.

Precious daughter of Danson Gichuki Njeru and Grace Wainoi Gichuki. Loving Sister of Peter, Irene, Sarah, Mercy, the late Cate, Samuel, Beatrice and Phylis. She was a doting Aunt of several nieces and nephews.

Son of the late Wagura Murunga and the late Gathigia Wagura. Beloved husband of Eunice Wambui Nderitu. Father of Mary Gathigia, Lucia Muthoni, Agatha Wanjiku, Sr Teresa Njeri, Agnes Wangui, Joseph Wagura, Veronica Nyambura & Anastasia Kirigo. Grandfather of Austin, Anita, Ryan, Ernest, Alex, Michael, Elaine, Isabel, Justin, Ethan, Eunice, Adrian, John Mark, Naomi and Flora. Brother of the late Benjamin Murunga and the late Hannah Wangari. Father in law of Davis Wacheru and Milkah Wanja.

Prayers are being held daily at his home in Subukia, Nakuru from 4pm.

The cortege will leave Nyahururu Hospital mortuary on 2nd February 2019 at 8.30am for a funeral service at his farm in Tetu Subukia. The burial will follow thereafter at the same venue,
