It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing on of Mr. Antony Oscar Muga of Masogo, Kobura location, Kisumu County on the 22nd January 2021.

He was the son of Gordon Oyange Muga and the late Hilda Akinyi Oyugi Muga.

Son in Law to the late Mr. George Hosea Gachoka & Margaret Wanjiru Gachoka.

Grandson of the late Nathaniel and Sophia Muga of Masogo, Kobura and Late Esau and Nora Kwach of Simenya, Ugenya. Loving husband to Madeline Njeri Muga, doting father to Naeema Akinyi and Ayisha Wanjiru.

He was brother to Rickham Muga, Nora & Lawrence Mugavana. Brother in Law to Hazel Wanjiku, James & Christine Gachoka, and Kezia Njeri. Uncle to Rikki, Christine, Msaa, Imani, Murish, Robin, Brian, Brianna, Monica & Chris, Anne & Wallace, Alice & Cyrus amongst others.

Loving cousin to many.

Prayers are being held at the homestead in Nairobi and Masogo. A memorial service will be held at ACK St. Francis Church Karen on Friday 29th January 2021 at 11.00am.

There will be a funeral service on Friday 5th February 2021, at ACK Masogo Church in Kisumu.

The burial service will be held on Saturday 6th February 2021. at his rural home in Masogo, Kobura location in Kisumu.

He passed on to glory on Saturday 23rd January, 2021, through a road accident in Limuru.

Muraya, Njeri & Charles Thuo, Churchill & Eileen Mgalu, Grace & Wilfred Kashomi, Liz & Charles Bwibo, John & Jemima Mwale, Peter Mwang’ombe, Flo & Charles Macharia.

A memorial service will be held at ACK St, Peter’s Church Nyali on Wednesday 3rd February 2021 at 10.00am followed by a burial ceremony at Mbaraki Cemetery, Mombasa.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary, on Saturday 23/1/2021 at 8.00am.

The funeral service will be held at Kirangi Primary School, from 11.00am followed by burial at his home, Gwa Gatimu village, Ndarugu Location, Gatundu South at 1.00pm.

Doting mother to Brian Okello Mwanika, Emmanuel Anunda Mwanika and Lowell Jared Mwanika.

Daughter-in-law of the Late Jared Mwanika and the Late Risper Mwanika.

Sister to Winnie Addah Shava, Josephine Okello and Zipporah Okello. Sister-in-law to Phenias Aywai Ayuko, Hellen, Loise,William, Pamela, and Nicholas Shava. Niece to Rhoda Munayi, the Late Matendechere, Sammy Nechenje, Kombo, among others. The cortege will leave Kakamega Funeral Parlour on Friday 22nd January, 2021 for a stopover at her home in Shitaho Community, Kakamega Count,  and thereafter proceed to Ebukolo village, Emmukola Sub-Location, Vihiga County for burial on 23rd January, 2021.

He was blessed with nine Children Davis, Susan, Amina, Robert, Cathy, Moses, Ibrahim, Mishi and Joshua Jnr Makale.

Loving brother to Aswani, Freddie, late en and Edward Makale.

Grandfather of Jeremy, Sarai, Moraa, Devine, Luther and Zion, Makale and many others. He was so a brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and a lend to many.

Fund-raising will be conducted on Thursday 21st of January 2021 at All Saints Cathedral towards the hospital and funeral expenses.
