It is with profound sorrow that we announce the untimely demise of Advocate Wesley Kipruto Maswai on Tuesday 25th May 2021 He was an Associate at Hams & Hamsley Advocates, Nairobi.

Beloved son of David Maswai (Office of the Deputy President) and Leah Maswai (formerly of Telkorn Kenya). Loving brother to Brian Kipchumba (Premium Valuers) and the late Bill Kiprop. Grandson of the late Tirop Maswai the late Salome Maswai, the late Wilson Chebochok & Evelyn Lagat.

Nephew of Emily, Stephen, Rev. Kibet, Benard, Nicholas, Jane, Wilson, Joel, Phillip, Shadrack, Stephen Keino, Jane, Esther, Hellen, Dorcas, Lidia, Mike Birech, Milka, Peninah, Lydia, Lucy, Joseph Lagat, Christine Bitok, Christopher Biwott, Dr. David Lagat, Ruth Kosgei, Nelly Sang, the late Cherugut, the late Abraham, Dorothy, Solomon, Mary, Rael, Mike Kosgei, Rev. Sang & Elsie Lagat. He was a cherished cousin, uncle and friend to many.

The cortege leaves MTRH mortuary on 31st May, 2021 at I 0 a.m. for a funeral service at AIC Fellowship. He will be laid to rest on Tuesday 1st June 2021 at home in Emkwen Village, Kiplombe Location, Uasin Gishu County.

Appreciation

The Njogu Family of the late Titova Njogu Zinaida Alexandrovna would like to thank the Almighty God for his faithfulness throughout our beloved wife and mum Zinaida’s life.

We wish to express our sincere and utmost appreciation to the entire members of our larger family and friends for the response they accorded unto us for the period Zinaida was hospitalized and the burial ceremonies.

We also convey our appreciation, gratitude and special thanks to Dennis workmates, colleagues and friends for their prayers, moral and standing with the Njogu Family throughout the trying periods during the hospitalization and burial ceremonies. May the boundless generosity of our God Almighty reward each of you abundantly.

We feel indebted to Doctor Vera for her frequent visits to hospital, prayers and professional medical advice to the hospital nurses during the hospitalization period and even after passing on of Zinaida.

Special thanks to the Orthodox Church, along Valley Titova Njogu Zinaida Road, St. John ACK Mwimuto and the Inter-Dominations Churches and the Mwimuto Alexandrovna Community for your overwhelming prayers in hospital and during the burial ceremonies.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Simon Kiplagat Kirui (Kiptek) which occurred on Wednesday 26th May 2021 after a long illness bravely borne.

Son of the late Benjamin Kiptek and the Late Toyoi Kirui. Husband to the Late Sarah Bett. A loving Father to Timothy Kiplagat (KEMRI), Joyce Lagat (NECC), Hillary Kiplagat (Dansom Research & Consultancy), Sheila Kiplagat, Mercy Kiplagat and Charity Kiplagat.

Brother to the Late Thomas, Francis, Barnabas, Michael, Lazarus, Silas and Late Jonathan. Late Beatrice, Joyce, Flora, Rose, Late Janet and Susan. Father-in-law to Boaz Bett, Jackline Kosgei and Sharon Komen. Grandfather to Kaylan Kiplimo, Tendai Kipchirchir, Keegan Kibet, Leeroy Kimutai, Ayana Chebaibai and Travis Kipruto.

Funds drive to offset Medical bill and burial expenses will be held today, Monday 31st May 2021 at Professional Centre, Nairobi and at Sirikwa Hotel, Eldoret.

The cortege leaves Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital on Wednesday 2nd June 2021. Burial will take place on 3rd June 2021, at his Farm, Kipkabus Down (KD), Elgeyo Marakwet County from 9am.

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Sarah Jebii Kibaro, Formally a teacher at Bartolimo Boys High School, which occurred on the 28th of May 2021 at MTRH Eldoret.

Loving daughter to Dr. Cllr. Samuel Kibaro Cheptoo and Rael Kimoi Cheptoo. Devoted Mother to Levia Lece. Sister to Enock Koskei, Nicholas Rutto, Daniel Kibet, Mary Jerop, Isaiah Kipkemoi, Titus Kiprotich, Esther Jepchumba and Caroline Jebichii. Sister in law to many. Cousin to many and Aunt to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at their home in Sarit Village, Kaprogonya Sub-Location, Kabarnet Mosop Location, Baringo County.

There will be a fundraising on Wednesday 2nd June, 2021 towards the settlement of hospital Bill.

Paul Kagondo Ng’ang’a

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Mr. Paul Kagondo Ng’ang’a of Gatundu, Kimunyu and a resident of Murera, Mashambani that occurred on 27/05/2021 after his brief illness.

He was the son to the late Ng’ang’aThairu and Mwihaki Ng’ang’a. He was the loving husband to the late Lydia Wairimu Kagondo; Father to the late Jane Njeri, the late Josephine Ruguru, the late Charles Ng’ang’a and Mercy Mwihaki (London). He was the dear brother to the late David Thairu, the late Wanjuhi Kibugi, the late George Munga, the late Daniel Kamau, the late Humpry Njorge and Julius Kiruka. Paul was the loving father in law to John Gitara, Alice Ng’ang’a and Davies Ngure.

He worked with the Judiciary for 34 years (lastly in Makadara Law Courts, Nairobi) and later retired to become a successful business man in Ruiru until his passing.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Murera Mashambani at 6pm for prayers and burial preparations.

The Cortege leaves the Kenyatta University Mortuary on Thursday 3rd June, 2021 at 9:00 AM, The Mass and celebration of the life of the late Paul Kagondo Nganga Is scheduled for 10.00AM at his home in Gatundu, Kimunyu.

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that the PK’s family announces the passing of their beloved Planner Patterson Kamau Mutugi on 28th May, 2021 at the Nairobi Hospital.

He was son of the late Mr & Mrs. Christopher Mutugi and son in law to the late Mr. & Mrs. Fredrick Maina.

He was loving husband of Margaret Nditi Kamau, father to Charity Chege, Florence Kamau and Christopher Kamau and father in law to Robert Chege and Grace Kamau. Grandfather to Harry, Joel, Tarapi Macharia and Ivanna. He was brother to the late Raphael Mwangi, Ephantus Wanjohi, Rosemary Njoka, Charles Maina, Richard Ngare and Risper Wamukuria. Brother in law to the late Purity Mwangi, Mary Wanjohi, Robinson Chege, Alice Maina, Jeremy Mwangi, Hellen Wambui, Elias Wanjohi, Grace Gaiko, Peter Kogi and the late James Murage. He was uncle and friend to many.

Family and friends will be meeting for the funeral arrangements at St. Andrew’s Church on 2nd June from 5pm.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home on 4th June 2021 at 7.00 am for funeral at Mukangu Village ,Kiine, Kirinyaga County.

There will be a funeral service at St Andrew’s on 3rd June, 2021 at 2pm.

Sister-in-Law to Reuben Waweru, the late Virginia Njeri, Andrew Wanyutu, Jane Wanjiku, Solomon Muthaka, Lilian Wairimu, Anne Wanjiri, Margaret Wanjiru, the late Hannah Waithira and Elijah Mbugua.

She was also a devoted Aunt to many.
