Susan Jeptoo Kiplele

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of our beloved, Susan Jeptoo Kiplele on 25th November 2022 after a short illness.

Beloved daughter to the late Kiplele Kurkurmet, and Grace Sanieko Kiplele. Adoring mother to Joyce jeruto (MK Mazrui and associates-Nairobi) and Bud Kipkosgel Kemboi (National Police Service-Kayole).

Sister to Christopher Mutai, the fate Kangogo, Salina, Petero, the late Teresia and Anna. Mother-in-law to Janet Kibor and grandmother to Tamara Jepchumba.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home in Kabukto Village, Elgeyo Border Scheme Plot No: 159.

Fundraising will be held, today, Wednesday, 30th November, 2022 at Kabukto village.

The cortege leaves MTRH farewell home -Eldoret on Thursday, 1st December 2022 for overnight vigil. Funeral service and burial will be held on Friday, 2nd December 2022 at her Kapmugonyin home, Kabukto Village, Elgeyo Border Sub-Location, Tembelio Ward from 10.00am.

James Gwiyo Makdii

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of James Gwiyo Makdii of Kenya Revenue Authority which occurred on the evening of Tuesday, November 22nd 2022 at Sayyida Fatmah Hospital due to illness.

Beloved son to Zakaria John Makdii and Yelina Haiba Makdii. Husband to the late Anna Habona Joseph, Mishi Mwaono Rajimbo and Loyce Habela Dahasi.

Father to Eunice Haiba Gwiyo, Joy Kapfazi Gwiyo, the late Emmanuel Makdii Gwiyo, Leone Dulu Gwiyo, Betty Haiba Gwiyo, Elian Gwiyo, Princess Gwiyo and Angel Gwiyo.

Brother to John Dulu, Alfayo Uruji, Arnold Wande, the late Kezia Kapfazi,Alice Mbake, Phillip Bonaya, Raymond Makdii, Mikal Nagule, Sera Martin, William Garise, Fred Makdii, Pauline Makdii and Beatrice Makdii.

The cortege leaves Pandya Hospital mortuary on Friday, December 2nd 2022 for a funeral service and burial on Saturday, December 3rd 2022 at his home in Tarasaa Village,Tana Delta. Tana River County.

Daughter of the late Celestina Nyagwanga Ongesa and the late Anestansia Momanyi.

She was the wife of the late Jackson Ogaro Onderi. She was the mother of Rodah Kemunto Muriungi, Julius Muriungi, the late Alice Nyaindi, the late Lydia Kemuma Kennedy, Kennedy Ombuna and the late Tom Onderi Ogaro. Sister to Clementia Ogutu, Priscah Mwango, the late John Ongesa, Aloise Abuya, Martha Mogoa, Moris Ogwankwa, David Nyabuto and Joseph Nyagwanga.

Sister-in-law to the late Paul Manyura, the late Wilson Nyamweya, Zablon Onchieke, Salimu, Brown Onderi, Nyangarisa, the late Nyombongi, the late Hezron Omweri, Hudson Ogaro & Simon Ogembo.

The cortege leaves Hema Hospital Mortuary, Kisii town on 1/12/2022 for the burial on 2/12/2022 at her home. The burial will take place on 2/12/2022 at Nyaramba Bwonywera Village, Bogetanga Sublocation, South Mugirango Central Location, Kisii County.

Beloved son of Nahashon Oyatsi and Nancy Oyatsi of Walala village, Bungoma County.

Adored husband to Rose Olale of the University of Nairobi, Kisumu Campus. Loving father to Ingrid, Michael, Ian, Emmanuel and Lenah.

Brother to Aggrey, the late Morgan, Lenah, the late Oliver, Stano, Eglene and Enos. Son-in-law to the late Michael Olale and Mary Ong’ala Akumu.

Brother-in-law to Monica, Margaret, Francisca, Patrick, Jane, Beatrice, Boniface, Lydia, John, Elizabeth,Tabitha and Dorothy. He was an uncle, cousin and in-law to many.

The cortege leaves Chiromo Funeral Parlour on Thursday, 1st December, 2022 for burial at his home in Maseno, Ebuyangu village Vihiga County on Saturday, 3rd December, 2022.

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of our beloved Yvonne Wairimu Njunji on Wednesday, 23rd November 2022 due to traffic road accident along Thika road.

Daughter of the late Peris Muthoni Njunji. A niece to the late Margaret Nyambura Gathii, Julius Gathumbi, George Kamau, the late Grace Waruguru Mbuthia and Asenath Wanjiru.

Cousin to Joseph Gathii, Christine Wairimu Nduati, Polycapus Njunji, Solomon Mbuthia, Charles Kenneth Njunji & Michelle Wairimu among others.

Family and friends are meeting today in the evening at Thome Estate Mbuni Drive House No. 16 for Prayers and burial arrangements.

Funeral service will be on Friday, 2nd December 2022 at Montenzuma Chapel, Mbagathi Way starting from 9.00am and thereafter she will be laid to rest at Langata Cemetry.

Beloved son to the late M’ Kiaira Rutonya and the late Julia Kiajia.

Husband to Dr. Martha Gitonga, Father of Lawrence Murithi, Humphery Mwiti, Caroline Matelong, and Gertrude Gaceri. Father-in-Law to Margaret Murithi, Irene Mwiti and Julius Matelong. Grandfather to Adrian, Elsie, Isabel, Ian and Nathan.

Mother-in-love to Dr. Kennedy Kihara, Peter Kuria, Patrick Ndinika, Shadrack Kioko, and Mary Njeri.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Referral Hospital Mortuary along Northern By-pass on Thursday, 1st December 2022, at 7.00 am, followed by a memorial service at St James Catholic Church, Karatu and later interment at her Mururia home.

Family and friends are meeting at her Mururia home and at St Paul’s University Chapel daily at 5.30 pm for prayers and burial arrangements.
