It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden demise of Peter Mwangi Kang’uru formerly of Delmonte Kenya (Research Department) that occurred on Saturday 20^th May 2017.

Son of the late Kang’uru Kimani and Monica Njambi of Gatiiguru village, Mukarara location. Son in law of the late John Mwangi Karuru and Esther Nyambura Mwangi of Murang’a Mugoiri Ndutumi village. Husband of Nancy Wanjiru of USA. Father of Lemmy Mwangi (Irungu), Lydia Njambi (MoH) and Robert Kuria. Brother of Teresia Wangari, Fresha Wairimu, the late Waithera, Ndati, Kimani, Wamaitha and Mugure. Father in law of Susan Wangui (Peak Point Agencies – Thika) and Edward Ndung’u (USA). Grandfather of Kelvin Peter Wanjohi (KCA), Ryan Vincent Mwangi, Joy Nancy Wanjiru and Natasha Ann Njoki (Moi Primary School – Thika).

Friends and family are meeting daily at his home Gatiiguru village from 4pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Bishop Okoye Funeral Home – Thika on Tuesday 30^th May 2017 at 8.30am. The funeral and burial service will take place at his home Gatiiguru village, Mukarara location, Gatanga sub county in Murang’a County starting at 11am.
