It is with humble acceptance that we announce passing on of Eleen Sote Cheboi which occurred on 27th June 2017 at Kenyatta National Hospital. Daughter of the late Rotich Cherono-Kibarkan and late Talaa Rotich. Sister of the late Joshua, the late Eunice, the late Francis and Josephine Chelelgo.Wife of the late Richard Cheboi and Co-wife of the late Rodah Cheboi. Mother of Caroline (KNH), Jackson (DC1/ CA), Lily – (Tropikal), Austin (NCIC), Shaline. Step-mother of Frank (Kessup Secondary) and Harun (KPA). Mother-in-law of Antony (KNH), Nancy (Mosop Associates), Geofrey (US Embassy), Deborah (Tambach TTC) and Monicah (KPA).

Mama Sote was blessed with many grand-children. The cortege will leave KNH Farewell Home on 7th July 2017 at 9.00AM and burial will take place on Saturday 8th July 2017 at her home in Kalel village, Kapluk Sub-Location, Baringo County.

Family and friends are meeting today 5th July 2017 at 6.00 Pm at Railways club Nairobi, for final preparations.
