Born 23rd October 1944 – Promoted to Glory 4th July 2017

Promotion to or It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the Promotion to Glory of Mr. James Okolo Oigo of Nyakach Koguta, Pap Ndege School. Son of the late Barnabas Oigo Miser and the late Joyce Florence Abong’o.

Loving husband of Eunice Adhiambo Oigo of Nemel Kenya (formerly of KPLC and KETRACO). Father of Robinson Barnabas Oigo of Oklahoma, USA; the late Joyce Florence, Elizabeth Ogwang’ and Dr. Damaris Adera (Registrar Department of Pathology UON). Son-in-law of the late Mzee Charles Jowl Ogwang’ and Mama Elizabeth Jowl. Father-in-law of Joan Murugi Mugambi-Oigo of Oklahoina-USA.

Brother of Elijah Miser, William Waga, the late Janet Obaga, the late Jonathan Ng’onglo, the late Rispa Omollo, Dick Asaka, the late Thadayo Diang’a, the late Christabel Sijeny, Rose Wanyanga of Memphis – USA, the late Franklin Otieno, Joseph Aduda, Elizabeth Akinyi, Washington Oigo of NITA, Monica Anyango, Peres Achieng’, Mary Akinyi and Walter amongst others. Brother-in-law of Ruth, Jane, Enos, Penina, the late Justus Omollo, Grace, the late James Sijeny, Samuel Wanyanga, Sarah, Mary, Salome, Lillian, John jowl, Peres, Dr. Tim Ayieko of Mtwapa clinic, Prof. James Jowl, Alice, Pamela, the late Damaris and Susan amongst others. Grandfather of Adrian James, Eunice Etana and James Hawi Okolo Oigo Omondi. Uncle of Peter Bunde (Judiciary), Fred Waga (The Standard Group), Bernabas Olga (City Hall), Jerry, Millie Born 23rd Oct. 1944 Omollo, Herine Ramogo, Beatrice, Betty and Michael Promoted to glory 4th July 2017 amongst others.

The body is at The Mater Hospital Mortuary. Funeral arrangements are ongoing on a daily basis at his residence Donholm Estate phase 5, house number 157. Relatives and friends will meet at All Saints Kindergarten Hall on the following days: Tuesday 11th July from 5 pm, a major harambee on Saturday 15th July from 2pm and a minor harambee on Tuesday 18th July from 5 pm.

Burial arrangement will be announced later.
