Mary Wambui Mutahi

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of our mum, grandmother, great-grandmother Mary Wambui Mutahi which occurred on 21St October, 2022 at KNH (Private Wing).

Mary was beloved daughter to the late Gatucha Wa Munyi and the late NancyWacuka Gatucha. Wife to the late Allan Mutahi Kabeu (Warui). Sister to Jane Wamuyu Wachira, the late Munyi Gatucha, the late Mwangi Gatucha, the late Simon Muturi, the late Ngima Muriithi and the late Purity Nduku Njogu.

Loving mother to Fr. Samwel Maim (Kabeu) of Orthodox Church, David Muthee Gatucha, Elizabeth Waruguru, Samson Mwangi Mariga, Susan Njeri, Daniel Munyi, Peter Gatu, Robert Muturi, Evans Githinji, Jane Kamande (Wamuyu) and the late Jemimah Wangari. She was a grandmother and great-grandmother to many.

Family and friends are meeting at her house at Nyayo Estate Embakasi Court 264 and her home in Nyeri, Mukurwe-ini Thangathe Village for prayers and burial preparations.

The cortege will leave K.U Funeral Home Thika Road on Wednesday, 2nd November, 2022 at 7.00am. Thereafter funeral service and burial will be held at her home in Nyeri, Mukurwe-Ini Thangathi Village.
