We announce the death of Tom Magutu Nyakeriga, which occurred on 27th Friday July 2018. He was the Assistant Cheif of Saika Sub-location, Njiru Location and Sub-county.

Son of the late Samson Nyakeriga and the late Martha Nyaboke Nyakeriga. Husband of Sarah (Phyllis) Kenanda. Son-in-law of Peterson Arisi and Yovensia Kerubo Arisi. Father of Samson Nyakeriga, Benjamin Ogoti, Hillary Nyamuro, Martha Nyaboke. Brother of Harrison Bangi, the late Benjamin Ogoti, Hellen Moraa, Joseph Ouko, Venus Nyakeriga, Rael Nyakundi, Isabella Mose and the late Linet Jogo. Uncle of Onwong’a Bangi (Nakuru), Hezekiah Mobisa, Robert Omwando, Tabitha Ogoti, Judith Ouko, Joash Kampuni, Edward Nyakundi, Ogoti Mose, Edinah Nyaboke (USA), Abner Bangi (Trade), Manoti’s, Ogoti’s, Elijah’s. Nyakeriga’s, Nyakundi’s Mokandu Saitoti’s and others.

Nephew of the late Abner Kegengo Ongeri, Eng. Hillary Ntabo Nyaaga, Senator Prof. Sam Ongeri, Ouko’s, Kerecha’s, Ntabo’s and others. His uncle are the late Robert Nyamuro, the late Omenya, Anunda, Ombaba, Oguku, Monyoro and Ototo Bangi among others. Grandson of the late Nyambenoka, the late Ouko Nyamateganda, the late Eunice Nyabisi. His aunts are Truphena Ongechi, the late Nyang’au and Eucabeth Caren Ouko, Miriam and Peris Kegengo, the late Bathsheba Nyakundi, Pasifica Nyamuro and others. Cousin of Grace Joel, Dinah Ongechi, Joseph Ouko, James Okeo, Ratemo, Ouko, Samwel’s, Joseph’s, Margret’s, Polta’s, Kemunto’s, Janet’s, Esther’s, Nyaboke’s, Rose and many others.

Main fund raising shall be held on Tuesday 7th August 2018 at 680 Hotel and Wednesday 8th August 2018 at home.

The cortege leaves Chiromo Funeral parlour on Thursday 9th August 2018 at 9:00am for his rural home in Mogweko, Nyaribari Central, Kisii county for burial on Friday 10th August, 2018 starting at 9:00am.
