Hellen Chemengen

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our beloved mother Hellen Chemengen of Surungai village, Mosop, Nandi County.

Daughter of the late Mzee Yego and Mama Ruth. Sister of the late Sem and Elseba amongst others. Hellen was blessed with a large and loving family. Beloved wife of the late Sylvanus Chemengen.

Mother of the late Mary, Japheth, Norah, Sophie, Daniel, Michael, Nathaniel, Jean, Liz, Nicholas and Peggy Chemengen. Grandmother to 27 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

Mother in-law of Sally, Ahmed Ferej, the late Hon. Mark Too, Emmy, Sheila, Sarah, Peter Mutai, John, Titoo and Risper.

The Cortege leaves MTRH Funeral Home on Friday, 6th September 2019 at 09:00 am for a church service at Kapchumba ACK Church and thereafter proceed to her home in Surungai village for an overnight vigil.

The funeral service and laying her to rest will be held on Saturday, 7th September 2019 from 09:00 am at her Surungai home, Mosop, Nandi County.
