Appreciation

We the family of the late Mwalimu John Muritu Gichuiri wish to record our sincere appreciation for the overwhelming support from all our beloved relatives, treasured in-laws, valued friends, the P.C.E.A Subuko Church, the Marmanet Parish and the entire Laikipia Presbytery under the able stewardship of the right Reverend Musa Tumuke Kitesho, all other pastors and other servants of God who graced the occasion.

The Woman’s Guild’s ceremonial elegance and splendour that renewed and strengthened distinguished mourners’ hope of resurrection and hence the re-union with our departed matriarch in the kingdom of heaven. From the bottom of our hearts we wish to express our profound gratitude to those who made all manner of contributions both in cash and kind, physical presence, messages of condolence, prayers and or other forms of representation.

Marmanet residents and neighbours who are also among her orphans, should feel deeply appreciated and thanked for their concerted efforts in making sure the sendoff was perfected to the desired end.

The local administration, police force and the political class are also louded for the critical role they played during and after the Ceremony. H.E.The Deputy President HON.Rigathi Gachagua, the M.C. Ambasssador Weru, his assistant, M.C.A Kamanu and the Senior Counsel Fred Ngatia are also commended and appreciated for the splendid role they played which had a multiplier effect in giving us relief.

Since it’s not possible to thank all the million plus mourners individually, kindly accept our heartfelt gratitude for whichever part you played to ensure our MUM was accorded a decent sendoff she so richly deserved.
