It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Alfred Nthiga Murani Karingi on 1st April 2023.

Son of the late Rufus Murani Karingi, the late Phyllis Ciereri Murani and Rudia Mbeere Murani.

Husband to the late Mary Miru Karingi. Loving father of Wanja, Muthoni & Willie, Njagi, Nyaga &Yvonne. Doting grandfather of Njambi, Mwendwa, Maina, late Gabriel, Israel, Jelani,Wawira and Kai.

Brother to the late Hon. Mbarari & Wambui, the late Wanjuki & Njeru, Ireri Nyambura, Gicovi & Sarah, Njura, Wangari & Njeru, Kivuti & Lina, Kariuki & Muthoni, Weruma & Muli, the late Wakina & Mwaniki, Nyaga & the late Wanjuki, Mutitu & the late Mwangangi, Njeru & Wanja, Gitonga & Muciku, Njeri & Gatia and Kagendo & Amwayi.

Brother-in-law to Njanga & the late Betha, the late Gicuku & the late Nyaga Mbarire, Jonah & Nancy, Ali & Doris, Muriuki & Margaret and the late Njagi & Wanjira.

Family and friends are meeting daily at the family home in Goff Course Phase 2, and at the Murani residence at Ena, Embu County.

Funeral will take place on Tuesday 11th April, 2023 at Ena, Embu County. Details to be advised.
