It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Alice Caroline Chemaiyo Tuiyott which occurred on Friday, 9th June, 2023.

Daughter of the late Kite and the late Kimoi Tiren. Daughter-in-law of the late Cherono & the late Kobilo Tuiyott.

Wife of the late Mzee Henry John Kiprono Tuiyott. Mother of Cheruto, Rose & Shawn,Victoria & Tom, Pamela & Zacharia, Anthony & Fiona, Colin & Nadia, Daisy & Benjamin, Emmanuel & Caroline.

Grandmother of Ian, Sandra, Kamuren, Kamau, Henry, Susan & Joseph, Alison, Alexis, Ryan, Kobilo, Waweru, Xavier & Chebet. Great-grandmother of Aryion.

Sister of the late Eileen, Philip, Lily, the late James, the late Michael, the late Frederick, the late Thomas, Jane, Mary Joan, the late John, Elizabeth, Rose and Hon. Sila Tiren.

Sister-in-law of Esther, Lucia, William (all late), Arap Sitienei, James and the late Christina. A friend of the late Joseph Kipsanai’s family.

The cortege will leave Eldoret Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 22nd June, 2023 at 1.00p.m, for a service at her home in Tensimo Farm, Waitaluk in Kitale.

The funeral will take place on Friday, 23rd June 2023, at the same venue from 10.00am.
