Alice Nyawira Ng’ayu Wang’ombe

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Alice Nyawira Ng’ayu Wang’ombe on 26th June, 2022 at War Memorial Hospital – Nakuru.

Daughter of the late Isaiah Mukundi and the late Beatrice Njoki Mukundi.

Loving wife to John Ng’ayu Wang’ombe. Mother to James Wang’ombe Ng’ayu, Dr. Beatrice Njoki Wanjau, Isaiah Mukundi Ng’ayu, Elizabeth Wangeci Muya, Rosemary Wanjiku Ng’ayu and Jennifer Wangeci Wanjiru Ng’ayu.

Grandmother to Shawn Muya, Samara Muya & Eliyanah Wanjau. Sister to Mary Wanjiku Karuri, Peter Muhunyo, the late Peninah Ndiangu’i, Joe B. Mukundi, David Mukundi, & Nancy Wamahiga Githui.

Mother-in-law to Professor Kenneth Wanjau and Fred Muya Mukiri.

Prayers are being held every evening at their residence in Nakuru, along Oginga Odinga Road, opposite Nakuru Athletic Club and at Nakuru Athletic Club, starting from 5:00pm.

The funeral service and burial ceremony will be held on Wednesday 6th July, 2022 at their farm in Ol Rongai Settlement Scheme, opposite Kabarak Farm, along the road – heading to Ol Rongai Trading Center. The service will start at 10:00am.
