Appreciation

We, the family of the Late Alice Wairimu Kamau wish to convey our deepest and heartfelt appreciation to all those who stood with us and supported us as we laid our beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother to rest. Without your support — emotional, physical and financial — the journey towards her send-off would not have been as seamless and befitting as it was. We remain grateful to God for the years we shared with her and for the positive impact she made in our lives.

As a family, we are grateful to the committees in Kimathi Estate, Mang’ Hotel, Rurii and Muranga. We recognize the support from Fifty Investments Ltd, Kiamara Welfare Association, KALRO, Ministry of Labour, Cabinet Office, KRA, Mukindu ‘B’ welfare, Kianduba Men & Women welfare and Mugithi Women Group. We recognize and pay tribute to the clergy of ACK Kieni Church, ACK Holy Trinity Rurii Parish, ACK St. James Buruburu, ACK Gatundui-ini Parish, ACK St. Johns KARI and Chrisco Church. We acknowledge the presence of Emeritus Bishop Alan Waithaka, Ven Canon Sammy Wainaina and Rural Dean Jassan Gacheru among others. We remain grateful to Avenue Healthcare Hospital, Parklands and the team of doctors during her hospitalization. We also thank those who made home and hospital visits and for all who prayed with us and offered their encouragement during the difficult moments.  We acknowledge that there are very many who stood with the Kamau Gachue (PG) family.

As it is not possible to individually thank each one of you in this appreciation, kindly accept this as our sincere gratitude. We are overwhelmed and humbled by your love and kindness. May the Almighty God bless you all
