Anastasia Kabura Kamande

The LORD chose to take home His precious daughter, Anastasia Kabura Kamande (formerly of ICTR/ MICTR, Arusha, Tz) after a short illness on 7/7/2018.

Wife of Dr Fredrick Kamande Karanja of the University of Nairobi. Mother of Eric Karanja, Sylvia Wanjiku (USA) and Naomi Wambui (Moscow) and grandmother of Abigail (Abby) Kabura. Daughter of Naomi Wambui Gichuhi and the late David Gichuhi Kihiu.

Sister of George Kariuki, Bosco Muria, late Peter Kihiu, Jane Tibi, Dr. Wanyoike Gichuhi, Catherine Wanjiru and Julia Kagunda. Sister in law of Hanna Ndura (Kitale), Dr Anthony Karanja (formerly of Egerton University), Prisca Kimari (UoN), Catherine, Alice and Lydia.

Meetings will be held this Thursday and Friday at CITAM Valley Rd from 5.30 to 8pm; and at their Kiboko Estate Home in Thika on Wed and Saturday evenings from 4pm.

A funeral meeting will be held today at their Kiboko Estate Home in Thika and a farewell service at CITAM Valley Rd tomorrow, Wed 18th July at 5.30pm

The cortege will leave Chiromo Mortuary at 7.30am on Friday 20th July.

The funeral service will be held on their Brook farm in Ol Donyo Sabuk starting at 10am the same day.
