It is with deep sorrow that we announce the untimely – death of Andrew Obiero Ocharo (Mase) on 26th July 2018.

Son of the late Ocharo Kireki and the late Mary Ocharo. Husband of Jemimah Magoma Obiero. Father of Sagwe, Kireki, Apoko, Edwin, Mary, Linet, Hellen and Emily. Brother of Mwasi, Kennedy, Kenyatta, George, Jane, Queen, Mary, Nyakona, Florence, Naomi, Jenniffer, Edna, Elida, late Priscah and Aska.

Cousin of Richard Bugei, Kennedy Ogetto (Solicitor General-GOK), Dr. Obuya, David ongera, Morema (County Commissioner Embu), Isaiah, Nyaosi, Ochana and others. His Uncles are James Omayio, Andrew Kireki, Director Kireki, the late Mesaro, the late Oraro, Meza among others. His Aunties are Monyangi, Teresia, Binyanya, Yunuke, Mwango, Ontong’ino, Magoma, Monanda, Obonyo, the late Bochaberi among others.

In-Laws of James Matena, Ezekiel, Onyoni, Mary, Elizabeth and the late Nyanchera, Francis Rioba, the late Nyabero, Ndemo. Korera of Mr & Mrs Zablon Abuya, Mr & Mrs Joseph Owanda, Mrs & Mrs Onyancha. Mr & Mrs Reuben Mecha, Mrs & Mrs Atuya and Mr & Mrs Daniel Moranga. He left behind 17 grandchildren.

Family and friends are converging at All Saints Cathedral today (31.07.2018) from 5pm for a fundraiser and at his home tomorrow (01.08.2018) from 2pm.

The cortege leaves Nyamira Level Five Mortuary on Thursday 2nd August 2018 for burial at his home in Nyamwetureko village on 3rd August 2018.
