It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Apeles Ong’ok Ogolla of Busiada Village, Marachi Central Location, Busia County, who passed on at Vihiga Hospital, after a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter of Cleophas Ohomo Masawa and Patricia Randiga Nyar Ogutu. Daughter-in-law to Jairus Otiro Mulaha and Lucy Watako.

Wife to the late Nelson Ogolla Mulaha and Co-wife to the late Loise Apondi and the late Prisca Aluoch. Mother to the late Bethwel Bwibo, the late Wilberforce Odida, the late Opondo, the late Judith Khamati, the late Florence Awori,the late Patrick Ohomo, the late Ann Obanda, the late Willis Mangenge, the late Otiro, John Watako, Emily Watitwa, Stephen Ogolla, Barrack Leny’, Wyson Ogolla and Ibrahim Tulesi. Step-mother to the late Lucy Adhiambo, the late Patrick Ongoma, Mary Ndagwe.

Sister to the late Esther Awino, the late Loise Musumba, the late Paul Ohomo, the late Salima Ogolla, the late Joab Odhiambo.

Sister-in-law to Gideon, Elisha, Margaret.

Mother-in-law to Josephine, Alice, Pamela, Joanne, Milka, Millie, the late Julius and Gilbert.

Aunty to Jane, Charles, Alberto, the late Amos, Steve, Atieno and Anna. Grandmother, Great-grandmother and Great-great-grandmother to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Busiada Village.

The cortege leaves Sega Funeral Home on Friday, 3rd February, 2023 at 10.00am. Mama will be interred on 4th February, 2023 at her home in Busiada Village, Marachi Central Location, Busia County on Saturday 4th February, 2023.
