Archangel Kithinji (Juju Mambo)

1945 – 2022

The Arimbi family is sad to announce the sudden demise of Archangel Kithinji on the morning of 08/09/2022. He was a retired long serving officer in the Ministry of Environment (Nairobi).

He was a dear son of the late Solomon and Maria M’Arimbi of Muringaombugi village —Meru County and brother of Salome, Makena, Mutua, Joyce and the late M’Taramba.

Kithinji was husband of late Loise Taata Kithinji (formerly of Meru T&R Hospital) and a devoted dadi of Purity Kimaita (Director Camflames — Meru), Dr. Winfred Kithinji (KeMU — Mombasa Campus), Col. Caroline Kithinji-Nkubitu (KAF), Kiogora Kithinji, the late Boniface Murithi. Father-in-law of Kimaita Kibui (Director — Camflames), Maj. (Rtd.) Nkubitu (Senate), Stephen and Yvonne (Nakuru).

He was a doting juju ‘mambo’ of Makena & Calvin, Mwendwa, Munene, Mutethia, Edwin, Naitore, Ethan, Karani, Melissa, Ian, Tiffany, Timothy and a great-grandfather of Ng’endo.

Kithinji was a dear son-in-law of the late Mr & Mrs Mwirichia M’Ikuuri of Njukinjiru and a great brother-in-law, cousin, uncle and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at his home, in Kigwii village, Muringaombugi North lmenti – Meru County. Funeral service and burial will held at his home on Friday 16/09/2022 starting with Holy Mass at 10.00a.m.

Eternal rest grant unto him 0 Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. Rest in peace Dadi.
