Assumpta Mwikali Maweu

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden demise of Assumpta Mwikali Maweu that occurred on 29th June 2018.

She was the wife of the late Paul Maweu Kimundi. Daughter to the late Joel Wathome Mwilu and Tabitha Nduku. Mother of Geoffrey Maweu. of University of Kabianga, the late Josephine Maweu, Catherine Maweu of Feed the Children Kenya, Stephen Muisyo of Kansas USA, Charles Maweu of Kenya Power, Veronica Maweu of Child Fund-Emali, Stella Maweu of Agility Logistics, Silvester Maundu of TSC Maua-Meru.

Mother-in-law of Redempter Kioko, Catherine Muisyo, Brigid Ilia and Jacinta Maundu. Sister of Beatrice, the late Grace, Lisa, Christine, Rose, Winfred, Christopher, Andrew and Cosmas. Grandmother to Francis, Michael, Charity, Janet, Adelide, Lewis, Jaden, Nicholas, Einstein, Eugene, Eberta, Natalia, Victoria and Paul. Great grandma to Mwendwa Jnr.

Family, relatives and friends are meeting daily at Tumaini Hse Nairobi and at home from 6pm for funeral arrangements.

There will be a fundraiser on 11/07/2018 in the Nairobi venue.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Saturday 14th July 2018 at 6am for burial at her home Kasikeu sub county, Makueni County.
