It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mr. Barnabas Kiptum Bolnott (Former Principal, Wareng Teachers College) of Lelit Farm, Chepkanga (Uasin Gishu County). The tragic demise occurred on 2nd November, 2020 at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital-Memorial Wing, after a long illness bravely borne.

Son of the late Paul Kiplagat Boinett, the late Shakwei and the late Kobilo Boinett. Beloved husband of Loice Jerono Boinett. Father of Betty (NTSA Nrb), Ruth (Mombasa), Nancy (MTRH), Judith (Moi University, Eld), Magdaline (Jambo Kenya EBS), Samuel (Entrepreneur Eld), Abigael (Entrepreneur, Eld), Ezekiel (Digifarm, Mogorl), Caleb (RVTTI). Father-In-law of Pancras (Envoy E. Services, Eld), Philip (Elmon Agencie, MRS), (sack (Tenderland Ltd, Uganda), Andrew (Moi University, Eld), Sharon (Capwell Ltd, Eld), Cyrus (Land O Lakes, Nrb), Diana (Entrepreneur, Eld). He is blessed with several grandchildren.

Brother of Tabarno Tanui, the late Stephen, the late Jacob, the late Peter, Catherina Rono, the late George, William, Jeremiah, the late Albina Chebii, the late John, Jane Chebogut and Moses Boinett. Relative of the entire Boinett’s.

A special church service will be held on Sunday 8th November at his home Chepkanga, thereafter a farewell contribution from neighbors, relatives and friends.

The cortege leaves MTRH Mortuary on Monday 9th November, 2020 for an overnight vigil at his homo Chepkanga. He will be laid to rest on Tuesday 10th November, 2020 at his Lelit farm, Chepkanga, Uasin Gishu County.

2nd Timothy 4:7 – “I have fought a good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.”
