Benson Mumo Muia

 1962 – 2019

It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s sovereign will that we announce the sudden demise of Benson Mumo Muia, which occurred on 31st May, 2019. Benson was a teacher at Maweli Secondary School.

Beloved husband of Regina Munyiva Mumo. Adoring Father of Felix Wambua, Dickson Kyalo, Caroline Mumo and Grace Ndunge. Grandfather of Nillan Mwendwa. Son of the late Muia Kiting’u and the late Rhoda Kalondu Muia.

Son-in-law of Rael Kamene and the late Nzavi Nduva. Brother of Josphat Muendo, Monica Musyoki, Muinde Muia, Eunice Ndumi and Mutinda Muia. Step brother of Muthini Muia, the late Josephine Mutio, the late Joshua Kimetu, Ruth Muia, Munyao Muia, Ngei Muia and Musyoka Muia. Brother-in-law of the late Kilonzo Nzavi, Muli Nzavi, Joyce Nzavi among others. Uncle of Mutile, Nduku, Jeniffer, Mwikali, Kyalo among others.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home on Saturday 15th June 2019 for a service at Mwaasua Secondary School from 10:00am and thereafter he will be laid to rest at is home Kosing’eni village, Wamunyu location, Machakos county.
