It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sad demise of Benson Musau Kisilu of Kenya Revenue Authority – Manager (Customs and Border Control Department- Cargo Monitoring), which occurred on 15th April, 2021, at The Nairobi Hospital.
Son of the late Joseph Kisilu Musau and the late Joyce Ndulu Kisilu. Step-son of the late Wayua Kisilu and Mbithe Kisilu. Beloved husband of Evangeline Ngina Musau. Father of Joyce Ndulu Musau (University of Sunderland, UK), Carol Wanza Musau (Advocate-National Oil Corporation), Maureen Mueni Musau (Advocate Trainee – Mutubwa and Company Advocates), Diana Nthoki Musau (University of South Australia), Samuel Kisilu Musau (Makini Schools). Father-in-law of Dan Okutta (Advocate – KCB).
Brother of Sumuni, Nathan, the late Mukai, the late Mwanthi, Mukono (Businessman), Mutuku, Nthesya, Ngei (Asst. Chief Kandae), Mbithe, the late Francis, Nthenya, Maria, Ndolo, Wambua, Nthei, Nzila, Mutheu, Kathoki, Mbinya, Mukulu (Cello), Nduku, Mwikall and Kamene. Brother-in-law of Elizabeth, the late Mwinza, Mwende, Nzioki, Mulatya Kiema (formerly of KPA) & Vaati, Rophas & Kavata, Kathini, amongst others. An in-law of Dickson and Jane Okutta.
Uncle of Willy (KPA), Emily (Advocate – KCAA), Anne (KRA), Dr. W. Mulatya (India), Mutinda (Seic Co.), Dr. W. Mulatya (KNH), Musenya, Kyalo, Jacinta, Mercy, Mary, Joseph, Simon, Ricky, Joyce, Shadrack, Catherine, Henry, Joy, Joseph, Katheu, Tony, Lydia, Peter, Kimathi, Joseph, Mueni, Mulinge, Musee, Dedan, Caleb, Micheal, Kaluki, amongst others. A cousin, grandfather, and great-grandfather to many.
The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home on Friday 23rd April, 2021, at 5.30am, for burial at his home in Kandae Village, Mutomo Sub-county, Kitui County.

Uncle Musau, we will forever miss you. You were a great great man. Perfect example of success and major humility and respect across of ages. Rest in power sir! We love you and we miss you. To mama, the girls and Master Sam, poleni sana. Musau was a brilliant man, do not let him down.
