It is with gratitude to God that we announce the passing away of Benson Mwangi (Kanyotu) Karitu formerly of Kanjuri High School, from Ndimaini Village, Karatina, Mathira Constituency.

Husband to Esther Gathoni.

Son to the late Johana Karitu Kaniaru & Phyllis Wanjiru Karitu. Brother to Jerioth Muthoni Gichohi,the late Miriam Wambui Wachira, the late Esther Njeri Waruhiu, James Wanyeki, Christopher Waithaka (Meja) & the late Charles Muriuki Karitu.

Father to the late John Karitu, Phyllis Wanjiru, Josephine Wambui & Eric Kinyanjui. Grandfather to Sophie Esther & Brayden James (Australia), Kanyotu Tristan, Naila Gathoni & Lisa Gathoni.

The cortege leaves Jamii Hospital Mortuary, Karatina on Friday, 21st October 2022 for a funeral service at P.C.E.A Ndimaini, and later will be laid to rest at the family home In Ndimaini Village.
