We regret to announce the death of Bernard Kioko Nthiwa of Kenya Police Service which occurred on 30th August 2017 at Nairobi women’s Hospital after short illness.
Husband of Beatrice Kavindu, and Gladys Muthina. Father of Mutinda, Ndambuki, Mwende, Martha and Victoria. Son of the late Nthiwa Kyule and Martha Kisela. Brother of late King’ola, Masambia. Step brother of Kitumu, King’oo Nzula among others. Cousin of Jackson Kyule, Patrick Mungala, Reuben Mungala, Newton Mungala, Joseph Munyasya and Daniel Kanuna. In-law of Jeremiah and Lithar Muia, the late Joseph and Beatrice Mukavi. Uncle of Sammy, Peter, Mwende, Mutindi Muli among others. Grandfather of Grace, Mwende and Nafari. Father-in-law of Ann, Irene and Emmanuel.
Funeral meetings are taking place daily at Garden Square from 5pm and there will be a major fundraiser on Thursday 7th September 2017 at 5pm.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Funeral Home (Machakos) on Saturday 9th September, 2017 for burial on the same day at his home in Kyandui Village Kibaoni Location Machakos. Contributions can be sent to 0710301343.
