We regret to announce the death of Beth Wangui Irungu, which occurred on 1st January 2023.

Daughter to the late Mr and Mrs Zabedi Gichere. Daughter-in-law to the late Canon Justin & Florence, and Margaret Kamau.

Loving wife to David Irungu. Dear mother to Roseline Wanjiku, Mercy Njeri (Kiambu County), Joyceline Wambui (Muranga County), and Mark Kamau. Mother-in-law to Duncan Mwangi, Dr. Moses Mathu and Evangelist Charles Thiongo. Grandmother to Shirleen, Tiffany, Amelia, Michelle, Manuel, Olive, Yvone and Maxwell.

Sister to Grace, Jane, Hellen, Stephen, Mary and Florence (all deceased), and a step sister to Bishop Timothy Gichere, Meshack, Mary, Margaret, Sarah and the late Lucy.

Sister-in-law to Isabel & Kibugu, Emily & Wamutwe, Dr. Jocelyn, Nellie & Maina, Julia & Ngubia, Liz & Ndumba, Mary & John, and Martha & Reverend James Ndirangu.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Mortuary, Kabati, on 10th January 2023 at 8.30am for burial at her home in Gathiru village, Kaganda in Muranga County.
