Bob Gachingiri Githinji

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bob Gachingiri Githinji that occurred on 21/5/2022 after a short illness. He worked with various Media houses as a journalist based in Nanyuki and Nyeri.

He was the son of the late Mr. Dadson Githinji Gwandaru and Mrs. Margaret Mugure Githinji. Husband to Irene Bomba and father to Lucky Mugure and Lorna Wangari. Brother to Elvis Githinji, Edwin Githinji and Bernice Githinji. Brother-in-law to Janet Mathia and Jenta Dau. He was uncle to Liam Githinji, Nelson Githinji, David Mathia, Hawa Mugure and Betty Mkawughanga.

The cortege leaves Nanyuki Referral Mortuary today Thursday, 26/5/2022 followed by burial at their father’s home at Kaugu Estate Nanyuki.
