The family of Rakiro wish to inform friends and relatives of the untimely death of Bresson Odhiambo Rakiro which occurred on 8th November 2023 at Mombasa Hospital.

Son to the late George Rakiro Nyaila and Eunice Rakiro of East Kanyada Location, Kothidha Sub-Location,  Homabay East Ward, Ndiru Kanyada Village, Homabay County.

Husband to Irene Akinyi Jorum. Father to Tania Bresson and Caitlin Eunice.

Brother to Victor, Winnie, Gordon, Emeldah, Faith, and Bellah.

Son-in-law to the late Jorum Achieng and Melda Awino. Brother- in-law to Evans Bwangy, Kenneth Oweke, Erick Odongo, Ray Ayatta, Dorice Akinyi, Rose Mwangi, Juliet Nyatichi, the late Erick Otieno, Joseph Odindo, Dorice, Meresa, the late Edwina, Caroline, Josephine, and Vallery.

Uncle to Handell, George, Komla, Hazel, Liam, Bellah, Johnson, Maya, Sedwell and Boniface.

The cortege leaves Kisumu Agha Khan Hospital on 23 November 2023 for Homa Bay County, Ndiru, Kanyada Village. Burial services will be on 24th November 2023 at his home in Ndiru Kanyada Village by the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
