It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Caroline Koskei (former Headteacher at Fluorspar Primary School in Kerio Valley, Keiyo South Sub-county). on 03/03/2023.

Caroline was born on 20/06/1970 in Tabani Village, Kiminini Sub-location, Tongaren Constituency to the late Jonathan Kasavuli Ndiwa and Belice Kayundi Ndiwa. Daughter-in-law to Maria Chebiego.

A loving wife to Erick Koskei (formerly of Kenya Fluorspar). Mother to Jemimah Chebet (AMREF – Lokichoggio), Patricia Chelagat of Ohio, USA, Ian Koskei (University of Eldoret), Natalie Cherono, (Lugulu Girls High School). Adoring grandmother to Janis Cherop and Jace Kiptoo.

Sister to Elizabeth Jereha, Bishop Mark Kegohi of Jesus Celebration Centre, Kisumu, Damaris Kiprop, Hon. Sela Keya (former Kakamega MCA), Joseph Odunga (Contractor/Transporter), Tom Edemba (deceased), Jared Kasavuli (deceased), Zacharia Kasavuli (Eshikulu Girls), Johnson Kegohi (KPA – Mombasa), Rose Iminza (Program Development Coordinator, Agha Khan Academy), Frank Kivayi (former Manager Nakumatt – Uganda).

Sister-in-law to Linah Cheptarus and Jonathan Kiprono (Businessman).

Family and friends are meeting daily at their Kipkorgot residence for prayers and funeral arrangements.

There will be a fundraiser at their Kipkorgot residence on Sunday 12/03/2023 starting at 2.00pm. MPesa number: 0725454103 (Lawrence Kithome).

The cortege leaves Eldoret Hospital Mortuary on Friday 17/03/2023 at 2.00pm for an overnight vigil at their Kipkorgot residence. Funeral and burial service will be conducted on Saturday, 18/03/2023 at their Chemargach home, along Chepkorio – Iten road, after Kapkenda Girls High School from 9:00am.
