Its with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved Mrs. Caroline Wanjiru Githae, of C.W Githae & Co. Advocates.

Loving wife of Dr. Bernard Githae Munene. Caring mother of Jeniffer Hiuko, Dr. Mugure Githae and Dr Menge Kuria and Jean Wairimu. Adoring grandmother of Naishorua and Mayian Menge.

Daughter of the late John Wamutegi and the late Jane Mugure.

Daughter-in-law of the late Peter Munene Mari and the late Jane Nyagicira.

Sister of Mary Ellen Wamuyu, Eunice Muthoni, the late Duncan Mwenje and Monica Mwenje, the late Dorcas Chumari and John Chumari, James Mukuna and Margaret Weru, Millicent Wangui and Francis Gitumboh,  Catherine Wambui and Sila Muoki.

Sister-in-law of Charles and Pauline Mari, Mercy Wairimu, Catherine Mwihaki, Ephraim and Dr. Ruth Ruhiu, Pauline and Rueben Mumia, Alice Wangui, Anne Gathoni and Peter Huysman, Dr. Rhoda Mutundu and Waruingi Gachago.

Much loved aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting at the Alll Saints Cathedral, Nairobi on 24th and 25th October 2023 from 5:30pm, for burial arrangements.

A memorial service will be held at the All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi on Thursday 26th October 2023 from 12.00pm.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Saturday 28th October 2023 at 7:00am, for the burial service at the family home in Kiamariga, Mathira, Nyeri County.
