Carren Atieno Ahenda

It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance that we announce the passing on of Carren Atieno Ahenda on 30th March 2023.

Daughter to the late Susana Auma Okumu and the late John Fanuel Ahenda of Alego Kaluo Nyalgunga. Daughter-in-law to Esther Wangari.

Wife to the late Amos Macharia. Beloved mother to Ian Mwangi and Diana Wambui.

Sister and sister-in-law to Margaret and Walter, Rose and the late James Nyalik, the late Pamela and the late Nyambare, Eunice and Puis Ochieng, Sarah Ahenda and Samuel Odoyo (Mosata Enterprises Ltd), Edna and Ochieng Ahenda, Mwithiga, Ruiri and Nyambura and the late Lucy Wambui.

Caring aunty to Sylvia, William, Steve, Josephine, Silas, Eddie, Sharon, Phillip, Pauline, Dan, Beth,Wangari, Mwangi, Stella, Rachel, Carol, Eliza, Claire, Christine,Valerie, Leila and others.

There will be funeral service at Umash Chapel on 6th April, 2023.

She will be laid to rest in Bahati – Nakuru on Friday 7th April, 2023.

You have fought the fight; you have finished the race and kept the faith.
