Joash Agwata Nyambane

Appreciation & First Year Anniversary

Joash, it has been a year without seeing your lovely smile, hearing your rich voice, a year without your physical presence. No recipe shared, fitness nugget from you or sharing a laugh with your crazy sense of humor. A year without awesome you.

You left a big gap in the family that no one could ever fill. The beautiful memories of times shared with you keep we who loved you going ahead. Even in your passing on we keep learning of your goodness that touched one person at a time.

To our leaders, family, friends, colleagues and institutions. All who stood with us not only at the time of our loss but also in the quiet after, we are eternally grateful and humbled by the outpouring of love and overwhelming support. May God bless you and keep you.

To the church and pastoral staff and all those intercessors who prayed for and with our family and continue to do so. We recognise the very important role you play. May you be blessed in all ways as you serve.

To the Almighty God, the Giver of life and all good things. We thank you for the gift of a son, a brother, an uncle, a friend, a business partner. All done with a heart of gold. We are glad you gave and even in the taking, for giving us the strength and the courage to carry on. May we always honour You.

Joash, continue resting at our Lord’s feet. This physical separation has only amplified our love for you and we will meet one sweet day. Dearly missed and loved by Mummy, Lissie, Marci, Mani, Little Miss Sunshine, The Champ, the wider Ombega and Agwata families, your friends and business associates.

“Don’t cry because it’s over, smile because my life happened.”

1st Anniversary

Days have turned into weeks, weeks into months and months now into a year since that fateful morning of the 8th September, 2018 when you were suddenly snatched from us. On that morning we lost a gentleman; a man who believed in education and supported many, a man who organized self, family and country for systematic growth and development.

Your memory will never grow old. We miss your smile, hearty laughter, sense of humour, generosity, immeasurable advice and your unique loving nature. Your life was a blessing to all of us and we shall forever love and cherish your memory. We thank God for the time He gave you to us.

Forever cherished by your wife, children and grandchildren.

In Loving Memory / 25th Anniversary

On this 25th Anniversary of our farewell to you, so much time has passed by, yet we still feel the gap that you left; a gap that shall never be filled. The loving memories of you still linger, even more vibrantly as we constantly think of you and seek to emulate the example you set for us. The deeds, smile, affection, guidance, kindness, support and devotion which you lovingly showered on each of us, perpetually nourish and enrich our lives.

Although much time has passed, we are comforted by the knowledge that ours was but a temporary farewell, not a permanent goodbye. The memories will never fade and will sustain us until we meet again. We have an enduring faith in our God, knowing that each day draws us nearer to our ultimate reunification with you in His eternal paradise. You are ever near, forever with us.

Receive our love and know that you shall continuously be cherished by us, your children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, in-laws, relatives and friends.

It is now one year since the legend Eshimeto was laid to rest. He touched many lives by his generosity.

WK as we fondly called him lived a life that was purpose driven, demonstrating courage even in the toughest of times. The bond we shared with ESHIMETO our Dad will never end even though we’re apart we find comfort in the memories deep within our hearts.

We sincerely thank everyone who took time to pray, support and console with us during that difficult moment.
