Today marks one year since the Lord took you away from us to glory. Your memory is a keepsake from which we will never part. What we shared will never die. Mama, we miss your love, warmth, laughter, humor, advice and wisdom.

We pray that God will help us to uphold your legacy of generosity, humility, hard work, self discipline, respect for all, community service and love for God and for people, which you and Baba Alfayo Okech Ogol instilled in us. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Your guiding hand will remain with us forever. We shall always treasure you, Mama. We know that you walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard, but always near, still loved and very dear. One year later, the pain is still raw The family of the late Ferdinard Kabara Nkiria, wishes to express their deep gratitude to the Nairobi, Chuka and Meru funeral committees, that toiled and gave our hero a befitting send-off.
