It is with grieving hearts and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Mary Mideva Vulule on 11th May, 2021.

Daughter of the late Boaz S. and Grace K. Vulule of Nadanya village Vihiga County. Mother of Hedaya and Patrick Ndago, Grace Saddi, Victor Ogola and Audrey Nyangasi. Grandmother of Jude and Maria.

Sister of Roslyn Kulohoma, Josephine Akkendi, the late Mary Mideva Vulule, Kennedy Mudegu, Dorris Otieno, David Vulule, Beatrice Afwandi and Abigael Kahendi. An aunt and friend to many.

There will be a requiem service and viewing of the body on Wednesday 19th at 11.00am at Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home.

The cortege leaves Montezuma and Monalisa Funeral Home at 7:30am on Friday, 21st May, 2021. She will be laid to rest in Nadanya village,Vihiga County on Saturday, 22nd May, 2021.

Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints.

In compliance with the Government COVID-19 protocols, only family and close friends will access the family home. The burial service will be streamed live.

Beloved Wife to retired Teacher Francis Ombiro Oseko. Mother to Principal Albert Otara Ombiro (Gekano Boys), Gladys (USA), Dennis (Randani Secondary), Walter (Alliance High School), Candida (Australia), Lucinah (Musa Gitau Secondary) and Lilian. Mother-in-law to Felisters, Anastancia, Damaris, Nyakora, Peter, among others.

Kenya University), Chrisantus (USA), Dinnah, Margaret, Diphina, Cayus, Jane, Samuel, among many.

Grandmother to the Severios (Godfrey, Mayaka, Dominic) USA, Paul, Charles, Esther, Rita, Gaudensia, Faith, Angela, Benedict, Adah, Clare, Sandra, Damian, Emmanuel, Anthony, Lindwell, Melvin, Mike, Miles, June, Jayd, Lari, Lauren, Martha, Ivy, Victoria, Ephra and many more.

Friends and well-wishers are meeting daily at her residence in Kiru, and Nairobi or funeral arrangements.

Burial is on 18/05/2021. The body is lying at Christamariane Hospital, Kisii.

Son of the late Amos Ndung’u Munyoike (Wagatua) and the late Phyllis Njeri Ndung’u. Husband of Catherine Mwihaki Cege. Father of Joseph and Charity Kang’ethe, Amos and Jane Ndung’u, Anne and Lovell Cunningham, Jayne Muthoni Cege, Jane Muthoni and Munyoike Cege (Moony).

Brother of Winnie Wanjiru, Arthur N. Ndune (Seattle, USA), Daniel Nyanjui, the late Loise Wangui Anderson, the late Robert Ngige and the late Catherine Mumbi.

Family and friends are meeting at his father’s home in Ngecha and his home in Ruiru for prayers and funeral arrangements daily from 4:00pm.

The cortege will leave Chiromo mortuary on 20th May, 2021 for a funeral service at Gichuru High School Grounds, Ngecha from 11:00am. Burial will follow thereafter at Gitangu next to PCEA Gitangu Church.

Formerly MCA South East Alego Ward – Siaya county and former long serving Principal Agoro Oyombe Secondary School.

Son of the late Zaddock Osuri and the late Dorka Osuri. Son-in-law of the late Mzee Henry Oswago and the late Mama Dinah Oswago. Beloved husband of Mama Florence Awino Owiti (Ng’iya Mixed School). Loving father of Dr. Kevin Osuri, Eclipse Akinyi, Edwin Osuri, Phillip Ben Osuri, Diana Osuri and Ricky Henry Osuri. Grandfather of Eileen, Churchill, Timo, Natty, Milan, Gemma, Justin, amongst others. Father-In-law of Lawrence Oduor, George Ajowi, Imelda Osuri and Barbara Ngome.

Brother of Walter, Justus, the late Hesborn, Elizabeth and James Osuri. Brother-in-law of Major. Rtd. James Oswago, Samuel Awuor, Oscar Oswago, Ruth Odongo and many others. Uncle, mentor and friend to many.

Daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Sammy Kibenot of Ngolong Village, Baringo County. Beloved wife of Joseph Kurwo of Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KERRA), Nakuru County. Together, they were blessed with three children namely: Jesang, Timothy and Dan (all of AIC Ebenezer Academy, Kabarnet). Sister of Janet, Gideon, Laban, Joan, Maxine, Patrick and Denis. Sister-in-law of Elima, Martha, Kibet, Nancy, Mathew, Oscar and Nelly. Uncle are Mariko, the late Kipyegon, Jeremiah and Haron. The Funeral Service will be held at Nairobi Baptist Church, Ngong Road on Thursday 20th May 2021 at 11.00 a.m. The Burial Service will be held at his Matiliku home, in Makueni County on Friday 21st May 2021 at 11.00 a.m.
