Son of the late Mwangi Gutu and Betha Wanjiku Mwangi of Kirikoini Kandara. Husband of Ann Wambui. Father of Stanley Mwangi Njau (Rafiki Bank – Thika), Nixton Ng’ang’a (Keroche Breweries), Beth Wanjiku (Kenic Company) and Kepha Nyoike (Karatina University). Brother of Mwalimu Stanley Mwangi of Maguguni, Dr. Erick Mwangi, Doctor lsaih Njoroge, Benson Kiarie Mwangi, Alexander Mburu and Samuel Njuguna. In-law of Justus Maina Wang’ombe of Kieni Nyeri.

The cortege leaves Naivasha Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 22nd April, 2021 at 9.00am. Prayers and Funeral Ceremony will follow at his farm situated at Mararo Naivasha Sub-county, Nakuru County.

We regret to inform you of the passing of Mzee James Achoka Omae, which happened on 10th April, 2021, at Mediheal Hospital – Nakuru.

He is the husband of Mama Priskila Nyamoita. Father of the late Isaac Omae, John Mobegi, Josephine Moraa, Linet Kemunto, Veronica Gesare, Alex Okoyo, Emily Kerubo and Samuel Motaroki. Brother of the late Nyamweno, the late Nyangoka and the late Nyarinda, the late Nyabeta. Cousin of Obanyi, Bosire, Pacifica, Machuka, Kwamboka and many others. Brother-in-law of Paul Makori, Billiah, Esther, Sarah, Nancy, Charles, the late Momanyi, the late Ondieki, the late Ephsiba, the late Francis. An uncle to many. He has left behind 28 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.

Mzee Achoka was loved by many and lived a great life. He will be greatly missed.

The burial will take place at his Kiomanga farm, Bokeira Ward, Nyamira County on Friday 23rd April, 2021. Covid-19 regulations will be strictly adhered to.

Son of the late Nelson Wahome Kibuga and Bilha Wairimu. Loving husband to Rose Wairima. Beloved father of Brian Wahome, Andrew Muriuki and Anthony Mwai. Father-in-law to Josephine Katuku and Peninah Wambui. Doting grandfather to Tasha Wairima, Kayla Wairima and Tara Koki.

Devoted brother to Bertha Kabiru, the late Wakariti Githitho, Priscilla Gathiuni, Evan Mwai, the late Phyllis Murai, Lawrence Njuru, the late James Kahuthu and Ngure Wahome. Son in law to the late Roderick Gaitirira and Annah Gaitirira. Brother in law to late Dr Salvator Kanani, the late Grant Kamenju, Mary Karue, Rahab Gitahi, John Wanyiri, Lydia Gaitirira and Margaret Gaitirira. In-law to the Francisca Koki MMutuku and Sofie Muturi families. He was a loving uncle and friend to many.

Morris will be laid to rest on Friday 23rd April, 2021, at his Thika farm in line with the strict Covid19 restrictions and protocols. An Online service will be streamed on http://youtube.com/c/MintGlintMedia.

Mother of Ann Nyambura, George Gatheru, Mary Mukami, Elizabeth Wangui, Francesca Wanjiku, Bernard Wango, Angelica Wambui, Simon Mwatha, Fr. William Mbugua SJ, Gerald Njoroge, Elias Murage and Hellen Wairimu. Mother-in-law of Lucy Njoki, Faith Wango, Perpetual Mwatha, Paul Wanyagah and Kariuki Kahuki.

Grandmother of Phiny, Kui, Shiru, Michael, Njeri, Julia, Mugure, Gabby, Rita, Nick, Newman, William, Sam, Joe, joy and Mbugua. Prayers & Funeral arrangements are ongoing at her home in Gakoe Village, Githunguri Sub-county, Kiambu County from 4.00pm – 5.00pm daily.

Grandfather of the late Melissa, Raisa, Ethan, Ayayo, Jeje and Sika. Brother of the late Elizabeth Wanjiku, the late Hannah Wambui, the late Rufus Kogi, the late Lawrence Gathinji, the late Jerioth Waruguru, Faith Nyagaki, Henry Mahinda, Elijah Kibicho and Mary Murugi Kibiku.

He will be laid to rest at his farm in Kagio, Kirinyaga County on Saturday the 24th April 2021. The cortege will leave Kenyatta University (KU) Mortuary, at 8.00 a.m of the same day for a funeral service at 11.00 a.m and burial thereafter.

Mother of Winifred and John Lanyo, Walter and Rita Odundo, Wilkister and Rev. Prof. Philemon Akach, Jane Odundo, Peter and Margaret Odundo, Alice Odundo, Yuniah Mitula, Dinah Janet Akinyi, Dorothy and David Ong’ondo, the late William Odundo and Joseph Oduor. She is survived by 26 grandchildren and 20 great grand children.

Burial will be on Saturday 24th April 2021 in East Yimbo Location, Othach Sub Location, Bar Okwiri Village. All MoH Protocols will be observed.
