It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Samuel Njunge Kahura on Saturday 15th October 2016. He was the son of the late Kahura Naai and Sarah Wairimu Kahura. Loving husband of Veronicah Wambui Njunge.
Loving father of Wairimu and Karanja, Kahura and Gladys, Niel i and Nyaga, Nduta and Ngetich, Munyambu and Faith, Wanjiru and lngoshe, Njoki, Ngendo and Muita.
Brother of the late Njenga Kahura, Alice Nduta and Naomi Wanjiru. Brother in law of Solomon Mwenda, Mary Njenga and Kimani Mungai. Uncle of Peter Mwenda, Meldrine Wanjiku, Engineer Njenga among others.Grandfather to 23 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are meeting daily at 6pm in Ndeiya for prayers and funeral arrangements.There will be a prayer meeting at PCEA St Andrews Church at 5pm on Friday 2 October 2016.

 

SOLOMON ITUU NGACHA

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Solomon Ituu Ngacha of KCB/ Chase Bank at the Nairobi Hospital on 15th October 2016 following a short illness.

Devoted husband of Wangari ltuu. Loving father to Muthoni Ituu, Waruguru Ituu, Ngacha ltuu and Mwai Ituu.
Son of the late Ngacha ltuu and Mrs. Muthoni Ngacha.
Son-in-law of John Mwai and Teresa Wachinga.
Brother of the late Gathigia Ngacha. Dotting uncle of Millicent Gathigia, Becky Wanjiru, Ngatia Gathigia and Ngacha Gathigia.
Grandfather of Ivy Nyokabi, Hope Wanjiku, lan Kabaru, Natasha Njoki and Gathigia Ngacha. Cousin, brother-in-law, and uncle to many.

Family and friends are meeting at United Kenya Club, State House Road opposite St. Paul’s Chapel in Nairobi from 5.30pm, at Ibis I Hotel Karatina from 5.30pm and at the family home in Kiamabara, Karatina.
A memorial service will be held at PCEA Nairobi West Church on 20th October from 11 am.
The funeral service will be held at Kiamabara primary school grounds followed by burial at his home on Friday. 21st October, 2016 from 10am.
Loved ones never depart, they rest in God’s hands and live in our hearts’ forever.

Mother of Peter Njenga (Fire Department Kiambu County), Humphrey Mbugua and Sarah Nyambura.
Sister of the late Keziah Gathoni Gicheha, the late Edith Wangari, James Njung’e, Grace Wambui Ndung’u, Rachel Waithera, Kennedy Ng’ang’a Mbugua, Grace Wanjiru Muigai, Edith Wangari Mbugua, Gidraph Thairu Mbugua, Mercy Njoki Muchendu and Beatrice Wairimu Ng’ang’a. Mother-in-law of Naomi Njenga and Samuel Wanyeki Karema.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Wednesday 19th October 2016 at 9am for burial at her home in Gati-iguru Village, Kibichoi sub location, Githunguri District.

MAMA MARY JOYCE ABIDHA ARAN

The body lies at Star Healthcare mortuary (Kisumu). The cortege will leave the Star Healthcare mortuary on Friday, October 14 2016 at noon for an overnight vigil at her rural home.

Burial will take place on Saturday October 15, 2016 starting from 10am at Yath Ratang Siala, Nyahera Kisumu County.

We celebrate the life of Mr Samuel Awuor Tongoi (EBS) formerly Deputy Director National Youth Service who died on Thursday October 13, 2016 at the PCEA Kikuyu Hospital, Nairobi.
Son of the late Bishop Sila Awuor and the late Julia Okonda.
Father of Rev Dennis Tongoi of CMS-Africa, Mrs Agiso Christine Odhuno of USAID, Mr Edwin Tongoi of Tongoi and Company Advocates and Charity Tongoi of Medical Missionaries.
Father in law of Irene Tongoi of New Dawn Kenya, David Odhuno of Navigators Kenya and Catherine Tongoi of Tongoi and Co Advocates.
Grandfather of Julia Aboge, Samuel Abura. Tabitha Wambugha, Wakwaya Odhuno, Karlina Odhuno, Sila Odhuno, Zilpah Odhuno Osiro, Tamara Tongoi, Terrence Tongoi and Trisha Tongoi.

We, the family of the late sister-in-Christ Maryslessor Anusu Omondi, wish to express our gratitude to the Almigh God for the years shared with ‘Mumstar’.After a long battle with stomach cancer mum passed on while undergoir treatment at lndraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi lndia.To us mum has Gone Too Soon.

Beloved mother of Professor John Katana Ngala, the late David Matole Ngala, Sidney Kilonga Ngala, Jimmy Mjimba Ngala, Lily Mariga Nyaga, Victoria Perkins, Professor Risley Kavu Ngala, Matilda Mbeyu Ngala, George Yongo Ngala and Vera Ngala-Harre. Sister to the late Duncan Kavu, Sammy Kavu, John Kavu, James Kavu, Donald Kavu, Jane Kinda, Florence Isanya, the late William Kavu and Arthur Kavu. Mother-in-law of John Nyaga, Susan Kadide Katana, Joanna Kavu, Elizabeth Sidi Yongo and Jumaa Harre. SARAH CHEROTICH RONO

It is with humble gratitute to God that we announce the passing on of Mrs. Sarah Cherotich Ronoh on 6th October 2016.
Sarah was born on November 24th 1983 in Bomet County Chebunyo  Location, Cheboyo Sub-location Mariko Village, Daughter to Recho Koriony.

Sarah was 7th born in a family of 8 Namely; Juliana Chirchir, Joseph Chepkwony, Richard Chepkwony, Salina Kirinyet, Paul Chepkwony, Sabina Koech Sarah Rono and Justina Lagat.
Sarah was married to Dauglas Ronoh In April 2002 and were blessed with three children;
Mercy Chepngeno Rono, Emmanuel  Kiplang’at Rono and Purity Jepchumba Rono.

She was daughter in-law to Sarah Chumo and the late Philip Kiprono Chumo
Sister in-law Anna Soy, Joseph Rono, the late Joel and Jonathan Rono, Rachel Rotich, Mary Olale, Johana Rono, Joshua Rono, Joyce Mutai, Gladys Ngetich and Geoffrey Rono.

The cortege leaves Coptic Hospital mortuary on Friday 14th October and Funeral shall be held in Kapkawa village, Tarakwa Location, Bomet county on Saturday 15th October 2016.
