It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Sister-in-Christ Diana Injete Mwanga, which occurred on 21st November, 2020.

Daughter of Rtd. Commisioner of Police (DCI) John Mwanga Koki and Berita Khasiro.

Sister of Chris, Gloria Bangua, Samuel and Joshua Mwanga.

A cousin, aunt, granddaughter and friend to many.

A fundraiser will be held on 1st December 2020 at the Norwich Union Building in Nairobi CBD at 4.00pm.

The cortege leaves Chiromo Mortuary on 3rd December 2020 at 8.00am. She will be laid to rest at her parent’s home in Kakamega County, Lugari Sub County, Musembe Village.

We are saddened to announce the promotion to glory of Catherine Kanana Kabaka on 22nd November, 2020.

Daughter of Japhet Gichuru, Rudia Ncece, Ruth and Priscilla Gichuru. Wife of the Gate Kabaka Kiambati. A cherished mother of Winrose Kendi (SBT Japan, Kenya Branch), Francis and Irene Murithi and the late Faith Mwendwa. A doting grandmother of Baby Dylan, Ntagu of Ntinyari, and Nyaanya of Mwenda.

Sister of Josephine Naitore, Caroline Nguta, the late Benson Mwenda, George Kithinji, Eustace Kathurima, Faith Kathambi, Benson Kinoti and Wilson Matumbi. She is survived by several uncles, aunties and cousins.

Relatives and friends are meeting at home in Kibirichia and virtually for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home along Thika Road at 5.00am on Wednesday 2nd December, 2020.Thereafter, a funeral service and burial will be held at Kamarai Village, Kibirichia Location, Meru County.

Sister of the late Ephasio Muriuki, the late John Mugo, the late Peter Gichobi, Julius Muchiri, Michael Gacoki and Immaculate Muthoni. Sister in law to Jane Gathoni, the late Joseph Njega, Samuel Kamau, Geoffrey Ng’ang’a, Isaac Kariuki, the late. James Wanyoike, Robert Karanja, Alice Muthoni, Francis Gachihi, the late Peter Kuria, lbraham Migwi, Jecinta Wangui and the late Florence Wambui. Grandmother of Angelina, Barry, Francis, Rex, Wesley, Eddy, Cayden, Jason, Kesley and Caroline.

Funeral Meetings and prayers are being held daily at her home in Kimangu Village, Gituamba ward from 3.00 p.m. and today Monday 30th November at Luther plaza, Cathedral hall opposite St Andrew’s starting at 6.00 pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa, Thika, Kenol on Wednesday 2nd December, 2020 at 8.00a.m. for funeral and burial service at her home Gatundu North Constituency, Gituamba ward, Kimangu Village at 10.00 a.m.

Brother-in-law of Leonard, Winnie, Walter and Beatrice, Thomas and Faith, John and Salome Peter and Mercy, Walter and Margaret and Gichia Nyoro.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Tuesday 1/12/2020. There will be viewing of the body from 7am – 9am at the funeral Home. Memorial service will be held at Harvester, Global Church along Kiambu Road. Thereafter, there will a private burial.

Father to Wambui (Makutano), the late Victoria, Kahoro (Kiandegwa), Patricia (Kangaita), Maina (County Government of Nairobi), Peninah (Immigration), Irungu, Mwangi (KDF) and Jamleck (Insurance Nbi).

Family and Friends are meeting at his home Kirima-ini Kiburu village, Kagio-ini sub-location, Kirinyaga County at 4pm daily.

Cortege will leave Kibugi Funeral Home, Kutus on Tuesday 1-12-2020. Burial service will be at ACK St John Kiburu Church, later burial at his home Kirima-ini, Kiburu agio-ini Sub-location, Ndia, Kirinyaga County.

He was the son of the dearly departed Charles Ajwala Alando and Mikal Awuor Ajwala. Brother to the late Tom Ajwala, the late John Ochaka, Mary Ajwala Abor and Jared Ajwala. Husband of Asenath Bole Odaga of blessed memory. Father to Peter Odaga, Jos Odaga, Alice Odaga and Awuor Odaga Antonio of blessed memory and Adhiambo Odaga. Father-in-law to Ruth Odaga and Tetteh Antonio. Grandfather to May, Mark, Terence, Charlene, Adetowo, Renee, Gillian, Korletey and Korlekie.

A Requiem Mass will be held In his memory at St. Stephens Cathedral, Kisumu at 7.30 a.m. on November 30, 2020 followed by interment at his home in Gem, Akala, Siaya County. All COVID-19 protocols will be strictly adhered to, including handwashing, face mask wearing and social distancing.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home Nakuru on Tuesday, December 1st, 2020 at 7:30AM. Thereafter, the requiem mass will be held at St. Michael’s Catholic Church Maili Sita, Kabatini Ward, Bahati Sub-County, Nakuru County. Later, her body will be interred at her farm in Kabatini, Bahati Sub-County, Nakuru.

Brother-n-law of the late Daniel Kamau, Mary Wambul, Mirriam Wangul, Esther Njeri, Francis Mwangl and Grace Wanjiku. Uncle, cousin, grandfather and great-grandfather to many.
