It’s with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of our beloved Mzee Godfrey Karanja Ndung’u (Kiruku) on 13th October 2020 at Mediheal Hospital Eldoret after a long illness bravely borne.

He was the husband to Rev. Jecinta Wamboi (KAG Maili Nne). He was the father to Lucy Wanjiru, Joseph Ndung’u, Peter Mureithi, Phylis Wangare, Paul Ndirangu, Serah Njeri and the late Samuel Mbugua. He was an uncle, in law, a grandfather and a great-grandfather to many.

The cortege leaves Eldoret Hospital Mortuary on Friday 23rd October at 8.30am for a memorial service and burial in Kamuyu village, Burnt Forest.

It is with humble acceptances of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Dickson Usanya Mwavali on the 14th October 2020 of Mukingi village, Vihiga county.

He was the son to the late Zablon Usanya and the late Susan Iminza. Brother to Rodgers, Bandi, Juston, the late Isaac, the late Ngonyere ,the late Imali, Beris, Ezina and lnyangala. Husband to the late Rose Ngoizi Mwavali. He was blessed with 12 children; Usanya, Odari, Marimba, Iminza, late Mwaniga, Bony, Nancy, Edith, Lynne, Iminza, Denis and Victor. Father-in-law to Rebecca, Mmbone, Cherono, Joy, Ngala, Dennis. Grandfather to 45 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily for prayers and burial arrangements at his home in Mukingi.

The cortege leaves Jumia Kaimosi Hospital Funeral home( Kaimosi) on Friday 23rd October and burial on Saturday 24th October 2020.

Son of retired teacher and former trade unionist Stephen Sikulu Kisiang’ani and the late retired teacher Madam Esther Namarome Sikulu. Brother to Emily Sikulu, Catherine Sikulu, Charles Edward Sikulu, the late Martin Masindano Sikulu, the late David Solomon Sikulu, the late Jimmy Wamukota Sikulu, Paul Sikulu, Maggy Sikulu, Mathew Sikulu and Jerry Sikulu. Uncle to Oscar, Harriet, Ian, Joseph, Wesley, Michelle, Ramon, Remaliah, Lulu, Zuri, Rose and Vivian. Brother in-law to Protus Wabuyele, Stella Nyongesa, Anton Lord, and Julie. Cousin to many, including; Francis Wangusi, Solomon Nabiye, Tadayo Mauka, Diphus Mauka, Gladys Wabomba, Kianda Milimo, Ambrose Njasi, Jane Wasike, Patrick Simiyu and Dr. Ken Simiyu, among others.

Meetings and prayers are ongoing at his Nairobi home along Waiyaki Way, Westlands and the Malinda home in Bungoma County.

The cortege leaves the Lee Funeral Home on Friday, 23rd October 2020 at 7.30 a.m. The funeral service and burial will be held on Saturday, 24th October 2020 at the family’s Malinda home, Sirisia Location, Bungoma County, starting at 10.00am.

The cortege will leave Nakuru War Memorial Mortuary on Friday 23rd October 2020 for a funeral service at Nakuru Show Ground. Burial site will be communicated later.
