We regret to announce the sudden passing on of our father and grandfather Mzee Titus Obwocha Nyabando that occurred on 29/10/2019.

Son of the late Benardo Nyabando and Yukunda Binyanya. Husband of the late Mama Salome Moraa. Father of Thomas Okemwa (Kenya High Commission in Dar Salaam Tanzania), Anne (Rome, Italy), Agnes, John (Rome, Italy), Modesta, Wilkister (Stockholm, Sweden), James and Jane. A grandfather to several children. Brother of Lucy Moraa, Consolata Moraa, the late Maria Kemuma, Lucas Onditi, Yoventina Kemunto and Pascaria Osebe.

The cortege will leave from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Hospital Referal & Teaching Hospital on Thursday 21/11/2019. There will be a requiem mass at St Monica lgonga Catholic Church grounds in the afternoon.

Funeral service will be on Friday 22/11/2019 in Bonyakauga village, Bomariba Location, Kisii County.

The cortege leaves Christamarianne Mission Mortuary, Kisii on 21st November 2019 for burial at his home in Machururiati, Bokeka Village, Kenyerere sub-location, Masaba North, Nyamira County on 22nd November 2019.

Father-in-law of Humphrey Onyango Musumba, Keziah Malenya, Mary-Teresa Agutu, Ronald Wanyama, Laban Buluma, Robert Angulu, Isabella Mugoshi, Weldon Sigei, Winnie Kwamboka, Aisha Abubakar and Janet Akinyi.

The cortege leaves Sega Classmates Parlour on Friday, 22nd November, for a requiem mass at St. Mathews A.C.K Nasira.

There will be a funeral mass at Nasira AC primary school on Saturday, 23rd November 2019. The burial will be at his home in Edama Village, Nasira Sub-Location, Busibwabo Location, Matayos Sub-County, Busia.

Grandfather of Arnold, Allan, Panalope, Faith, Irene, Roan, Katlego, Junior, Dylan, Mongina, Keith and Liam. He was great grandfather of Kiyan. The cortege leaves AIC Litein Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 21st November 2019, pass through his ancestral home Nyangoge Village for Prayer and proceed thereafter to his home in Nyandoche village for overnight stay.

The burial will take place on Friday 22nd November 2019 at his home Nyandoche lbere village, Matutu sub-location, Borabu sub county, Nyamira County.

Father in law of David Kirubi and Alice Nyambura. Grandfather of Ethan Kirubi, Emmie Wanjiru, and many others. Son in law of Daniel and Esther Wachira (Nanyuki).

Family and friends are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements at his home in Meru-next to PCEA Gitoro, All Saints Cathedral, Nairobi 5:30pm; Paramount hotel-Meru, from 6:00pm, and his farm, Kabuku-Limuru 4pm-6pm.

The cortege leaves KU Funeral home on Wednesday, 27th November at 8am. Memorial service will be at PCEA Kabuku church in Limuru at 11am, followed by burial at his farm nearby.

Father of Millicent Odhiambo, Priscah Akinyi, Thomas Ogombe, Perez Achieng, Willis Maganda, the late Paul Odhiambo (Akang’o), Samuel Abiero, Owino Maganda and Christine Anyango (Laureen). Brother of the late Augustine Riwa Abiero, Jenifer Miruka Omollo, the late Richard Angule Abiero, the late Dedan Maganda Abiero, the late Nelly Achieng Onyando and the late Martin Ogombe. The burial will take place on Saturday, November 23, 2019.
