Son of the late Zakariah Muturi and the late Grace Kondo Muturi.

Husband of Catherine Wanjiku Kanyi.

Father of Mary Nyaguthie, Moses Muturi, Elizabeth Wangari, Teresia Wambui, Yvonne Warukira and Angela Gathoni.

Loving brother of Stephen Waciuri, Charity Wangui, die late Ruguru, Rose Wambui and Julius Karimi.

Father in law of the late John Vitisia. Brother in law of George Kunina, Gathoni, John Kibe, Ngina, Njambi, Nyambura, Wanjiru, Hannah Wachiuri, the late Mr Maathai, Mr Eliud Gathuru, Sarah Karimi. He was uncle of many.

Family and friends are meet meeting daily at Norwich Union, CBD, and his Ruai home from 5.30 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Thursday 8th August at 8.00 am for the funeral service that will be held at his upcountry home in Gatugi, Othaya, Nyeri county.

She was the wife of the late Samuel Ondari Obare. Daughter of the late Paul Nyansera and Robinah Moraa. Daughter-in-law of the late Boniface Obare, the late Ceremencia the late Nyaboke, the late Nyachaki, Nyanchama, the late Matoke. Mother of Timothy (Riabagaka Primary School), Everline, Philace, Cyrus (County Government of. Kakamega)/University of Nairobi and Amos (Standard M).

Mother-in-law of Sarah, Nyarienga, Celestine, Wekesa and Mary. Grandmother of Obare’s, Whitney, Christabel, Solomon, Willy, Raphael, Winnie, Ondaris, Daniel and Whims.

The cortege leaves Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching & Referral Hospital Mortuary Kisumu on Thursday 8th August 2019 at 8.00 a.m for Holy Mass at St. Joseph Milimani Catholic Church from 9.00 a.m before proceeding home for another Holy Mass and thereafter for an overnight vigil at his home Endemu Village, Borabu Sub County, Nyamira County.

Burial will be on 9th August 2019.

We lost a precious hero in the family and at work but gained an angel in heaven.
