Charity Kalimbi Kang’ote Nyamu

We regret to announce the demise of Charity Kalimbi Kang’ote Nyamu after a long illness. She was the Deputy Principal Giaki Girls Secondary school.

Daughter of Julius Kang’ote and Agnes Kailu. Beloved wife of Silas Mungiiria Nyamu. Mother of Nyamu Junior and Frank Munene. Sister of Andrew Mwenda, Kayuyu Kang’ote and Cyprian Miriti. Daughter-in-law of Ezekiel Nyamu and Lydia Karoki. Sister-in-law of Judith, Mwenda, Kathambi, Kirema, Kawira and Fridah. Aunt of Mukami, Murithi, Jeddy, Karithi, Malkia, Caleb, Mawira, Kinya, Felista, Petronilia, Elly, Enan, Mureti and Prince. Granddaughter of Mary Ciomaitai and the late M’Abuaba. A niece, cousin and a friend to many.

The cortege leaves Kiirua Mission Hospital on Thursday 3rd October, 2019 at 9.00am for a funeral service at Kithakanaro Catholic Church grounds starting at 10.00am; later she will be laid to rest at her home, Kirima village – Kanyakine, Meru County.

We loved you Kalimbi but God loved you more. Rest in God’s perfect peace.
