It is with broken hearts and deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Charles Nuve Kiio of Higher Education Loans Board on 28th April 2021.

He was Son to the Late John Kiio Nuve and the Late Mary Loko Nuve. Loving husband to Benedetta Kanini Charles. Beloved father of Irene Loko and Geoffrey Kiio. Son-in-law to the late Raphael Nzuva and Ann Nzuva. Brother to Late Mwalirnu Kiio, Late Victoria Kiio, Margret Ben, Jane Kanini, Late Joseph Kiiti, Late Moses Mulwa, Jimmy Kiio, Mwende Mwangi, Mwanza Kilo, Teta Kiio, Munanie Kiio, Mwende Chege and Robert Kiio.

Brother-in-law to Rose Kiiti, Peninah Mulwa and Martha Jimmy. Grandfather to Charles Nuve, Yusuf Nuve, Mwendwa Kiio, Collins Muia, Moses Mwendwa and Joseph Ngala. Uncle to Michael Kilo, Leonard Mututo, Mwendwa Ben, Nzue Ben, Mirriam Mwendwa, Kiio Mulwa, Kilo Kiiti and Mami Kiiti.

Funeral mass will be held at his home in Mithini village, Mutonguni, Kitui County on Tuesday 4th May 2021 starting from 9.30am and burial thereafter at the same place.

Eternal rest grant unto Charles O Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen. May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed, through the mercy of God rest in peace. Amen.
