Charles Tiba Gichuru

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Charles Tiba Gichuru that occurred on Thursday 28th November 2019 at Karen Hospital. He was working with the Kenya National Audit Office in Nairobi.

Son of Mr. James Gichuru Gicho and Mary Njeri Gichuru of Thuita, Komothai, Kiambu County. He was the husband of Rose Nyawira and father of Mercy Njeri and Brenda Njoki. He was brother of late Lucy Nyokabi, Ruth Njambi, late Margaret Wambui, Harrison Gicho, Esther Wathoni, Samuel Murungu, Nancy Wanjiru, George Njoroge and Edward Kinyanjui. Son in law of Esther Njoki Ndigithe of Ihururu, Nyeri and brother in law of Rev Gideon Karanja, Albert Wambugu, Patrick C Maina and Anne Wamaitha.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his residence in Riverside Estate, Landless, Thika, for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Mortuary on Thursday 05-12-2019 at 8.30 am for funeral and burial on the same day at his farm in Mark First, Ithanga off Thika/Garissa Road.

We are eternally grateful to God for the great moments we shared with Charles.
