It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Cleophas Kiplagat Rugut (Teacher at Terige Boys High School).

Son of the late Elnathan Kipkios Rugut and the late Zipporah Sigei Rugut. Step-Son of Evaline Rugut (Kapkesses Family). Son-in-Law to the late Job Boit and Grace Boit

Husband to Rispa Rugut. Father to Mercy Jelimo, Edith Jepchumba, Judy Jepkogey and Bethwel Kimelly.

Brother to Joyce Too, Fanuel Rugut, Christine Tanui, Naftali Kesses, Asbel Kios, John Kosgei, Linus Sum, Naomi Cherotich, Chemurgor Chemutai, James, the late Zennah and the late Laban.

Brother-in-law to Emily, Irene, Elseba and Robert Boit.

Uncle to Jesse, James, Brian, Peter, Joan, Winnie, Laura, Kimaru, Heidi, Chiri, Kipchumba, Chepchumba and Cherop.

Grandfather to Jason, Cherop,Ty, Simba, Generalli, Mishi and Maya.

The cortege leaves Rescourse Hospital Morgue on Thursday 23rd March 2023 at 9:00am for a requiem mass at Terige Boys High school starting from 11.00am. There after the body moves to his home for a night vigil.

Funeral service and burial will be held on 24th March 2023, from 9.30am at his home Lolkireny Village, Lessos Division, Nandi County.
