Daniel Mwangi Ndugi

It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of Gods will that The Co-operative University of Kenya (CUK) announces the death of Mr. Daniel Mwangi Ndugi, which occurred on Friday, October 14tt, 2022 after a short illness. Until his demise, Daniel was a member of staff at the Procurement Department of the University.

Son to Mr. Julius Ndugi Mwaniki and Mrs. Jane Wairura Ndugi (Kihoya Sub-location, Kangema, Murang’a). Son-in-law to Shapara Ihanda and Jane Shapara (Gataka, Rongai).

Loving husband to Sarah Waithira Mwangi. Doting father to Julius Ndugi and Jane Wairura.

Brother to Margaret Wangari Gachure, Mary Nyambura Gikenye, Elishiba Wangari Muohe, James Mwaniki Ndugi (Mwalimu Shauri Moyo), Milka Muthoni Thuo, the late Stephen Maina, Veronica Wairimu and Mary Njeri Kambui.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at his home in Gataka, Rongai and Silverrnine Hotel, Accra Road – Nairobi, starting at 6:00pm.

The cortege will leave (KU) Funeral Home, along Thika Road, on Friday, October 21 2022, at 8:00am for a funeral service at St. Barnabas ACK Kihoya, from 10:00am. Thereafter the body will be interred on the same day at their home in Kihoya Village next to Kihoya Shopping Centre, Kangema, Murang’a County.
