David Francis Odongo Odero

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing on of David Francis Odongo Odero, which occurred on Saturday 28th January, 2023.

Son of retired Director of Fisheries, Norbert Odero and Bernadette Odero, formerly of Swiss Air. Brother to Dennis Odero (USA), Daniel Odero, Yvette Odero (Kianda School) and the late Yvonne Odero.

Father of Michael Rombo and Bernadette Grace Akinyi.

Nephew of Morris Otoyi, Francis Mawega, Vincent Ochieng’, David Odhiambo, Christine Sande, Gaudencia Ajwang’, Beatrice Otoyi, Lilian Otieno, Sarah Mawega, the late Joseph Omolo, Dr. Matilda Angela Okech, Ursula K’Omudho, Alloys Omolo, the late Margaret Omolo and others.

There will be a Mass at Ojola Parish on Friday 10th February, 2023 from 10:00am. Thereafter, the cortege will proceed to the family home, Mawembe K’Odero. The burial will be held on Saturday 11th February, 2023.
