Appreciation

February 1929 – 18th June 2022

We the family of the late Delilah Mandere Moenga thank the Almighty God for giving us a wonderful, humble and loving mum, grandma, great grandma, sister, aunt and friend to us. Though gone Her memory and legacy still lives on.

We acknowledge with a lot of gratitude the overwhelming encouragement through kind words, prayers, company and generous support upon her demise on 18th June 2022. Special thanks go to:The church communities of mum and those of each of her children, the Vicar ACK St Peters Nyeri, Pastors and members of SDA, Kilimani, Saigangiya and Bosose. Neighbours at Ogango home, the children’s residences at Skuta Nyeri, Northview Utawala, Saigangiya, Bondeka, including AWA fraternity. The funeral planning committees of Nairobi (virtual) and Ogango welfare association for dedication and leadership in organizing, All our friends, relatives and people of good will who joined us in giving Mum a great Sendoff on 27th June, 2022.

While we may not thank everyone individually, we are deeply and eternally grateful to all those who supported us during this trying period; kindly accept this message as our expression of our heartfelt gratitude for your time,friendship, love and support.
May the Almighty Lord richly bless you.

Those we love don’t fade away, they linger in our thoughts everyday, though unseen, unheard, their memory always clear, still loved, still missed and very dear.
