Deputy Governor H.E. Charles Kipng’ok, HSC

It is with great disbelief and profound shock that we announce the untimely demise of our beloved Deputy Governor H.E. Charles Kipng’ok, HSC on Wednesday, 14th September, 2022 at around 7.00 PM at JKIA – Nairobi as he was just about to depart for Mombasa to attend the induction for newly elected Governors and Deputy Governors.

The sad news is still very hard for us to come to terms with at the moment, and we appreciate all those who have sent words of comfort and encouragement.

To facilitate funeral arrangements, friends and family will be meeting in the following places daily at 5.00 PM: At his homes in Solian, Koibatek Ward and Cheplambus Residence in Tenges Ward, the County Headquarters – Kabarnet and AIC – Milimani in Nairobi.

In the meantime, we take this opportunity, with heavy hearts, to convey our sincerest commiserations to his wife and children, relatives, friends, people of Baringo County and the Country. May we all remember the heartbroken family in prayers.

Members of the public are invited to sign condolence book at the County Headquarters in Kabarnet and in all Sub-County offices.

Further details on the funeral preparations and the date will be communicated in due course.
